Horrible service. I called in an order and arrived about 5 minutes early. After paying for the order, I noticed a box on the back counter; but the cashier briefly looked at the ticket and went back to her conversation. So, I sat down to wait. After waiting for 20 minutes and watching all of the other people in line leave, I ask about my order. It was the same box that was waiting at the counter when I came in. I wont patronize this location again. A total of 35 minutes is far too long to wait for food, that can be categorized as mediocre at best, all because the staff feels that their conversations are more important than service.

Pizzas were delivered late and cold on multiple occasions. The first time the manager made a meager attempt at giving us compensation (Told us we would get a free item in our next order but only allowed us to order a non-pizza item for free even though the only thing edible from them is pizza). The next time the pizza was late we called to see if we could cancel the order and get our money back and we were hung up on by the manager. Warning! If they tell you 30-45 minutes expect something like 90+ minutes and for the food to be cold.

Its a family owned restaurant in a very convenient location on Riggs rd. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Every meal that I have had here has obviously been prepared with care. My favorite meals so far are the "Lasagna", "Crabby Friday", and the "Pizza." With the name Three Brothers of course you would expect good pizza, but it is still worth mentioning. Not only are the entrees good but the side salads (caesar salad in particular) are always fresh and crisp.

We came in with a party of 6 including small children. Food was quick, tastey, and just as ordered. If you like a lot of sauce with your pizza you will want to order it with extra sauce. Crust is yummy, and it is definitely fold up the middle NY style pizza. Apps were tastey and so was the pasta. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

I order over hour and 15 min. and still didnt get my oder I spelled the st. name to the person who took the oder more that 10 times they never called me i had to call them to find out were my order was the Worst I ever experience!

Pizza is delicious! A little expensive for a slice is thin cheese pizza but it is a pretty sizable piece.
