Restaurant owners take note, this is how you run a restaurant. The owner, Joe, greets just about every diner at the door. The menu had plenty of selection for me but is not overly large. I ordered the Chicken Cardinale. Joe recommended a dish for my wife but then when we ordered with the waiter he informed us they were out of that dish. When the waiter told Joe, he came over and he and my wife discussed the menu and he convinced her to order the gnocchi. My wife is second generation Italian and wont even try restaurant gnocchi (no one knows hot to make gnocchi like here deceased grandmother, an Italian immigrant) but made an exception this time. The meals showed up, looked awesome and did not disappoint. She loved it and said it was as good as her grandmothers and was the best she had ever had at a restaurant. Both meals were fantastic authentic Italian. The deserts were also excellent. I cant say enough about this place. If you plan on going on a Friday night, you better get a reservation, we tried twice previously and couldnt get a table. I learned my lesson and got a reservation three days in advance. I can tell the owner loves running a restaurant and this is our new favorite Italian Restaurant in the area.

Seriously? You treat take out customers like some undesirable annoyance? Considering Im paying the same price for food as in your restaurant yet not taking up space so you can actually make more in the same amount of time, I expect better treatment. As a long time customer from the days you first opened Brothers pizza, I am shocked and very disappointed. I called and was told to call back in an hour. I asked why they couldnt take my order now and was told it wouldnt matter and it would still take 30 min beyond the hour before it could be ready. Wouldnt even let me talk to a manager. Yes their food is good but this kind of service (more like lack of service) is not tolerable when there are other Italian places just as good on quality and prices but with much better service and treatment of all customers.

In Harrisburg for a conference so stopped in here based on the reviews. The place was packed, so I was invited to sit at the bar. The bartender did not seem happy to see me, and the frustrated cook made his annoyance with the packed house obvious (an open kitchen is supposed to be cool to watch, right?). Tried the artichoke hearts (heavy on the breading) and the braciole which was tasty if a little tough. Definitely overdid the garlic in the house dressing. Should have been a better experience. Its fine in a pinch.

This is a very small restaurant in a strip mall. With that being said I think its a great place to eat. I took my friend who is from Philly there for dinner. I always recommend that anyone who goes here make a reservation as it gets crowded quickly. It is extremely adorable and very authentic. We both had an untried Sheraton appetizer and I had a glass of wine and with tip it was around $50. You cant beat that.

Great value and quality in an intimate setting. Would gladly pay 3 times the price for something equal in NYC, Philly, or D.C. Get a reservation though. The place is small, and people have found out about it . Recommended : Slow braised pork Cioppino Artichoke appetizer Homemade ravioli Bracciole Fra Diavolo Great veal marsala and saltambioca, or however you spell that!

Vinos is an exceptional restaurant. The food, drinks, service, atmosphere, servers, along with the timing are managed perfectly. I have never had a bad experience at Vinos. This place is quickly going downhill. Food used to be great, now its bland and little care seems to be given to things as simple as making sure to not break sauces. Restaurant cant seem to decide if its Italian or French. Constant repeated mistakes by service staff. Wont be back.

Called on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm. we where told to call back in an hour, when they were not as busy, when I asked to speak to a manager,after a few minutes of silence the Yong women said the manager was one of the cooks and he was to busy to help.

Amazing, highly recommend! I love the gnocchi Alla fiorentino (homemade gnocchi!) and the specials are always delicious. Desserts are awesome too. Small place, great service & atmosphere. A hidden gem. Great for date night.
