Placed a delivery order at 6:23pm and was told I would receive my order within 20-25 minutes. When I placed the order the man on the phone was very rude and after I told him what I wanted in my order I told him it would be a delivery and he said "thats all you want to be delivered we cant delivery with only that you need to order more" even though the menu states that deliveries have a $10 minimum and my order came to $10.43 before taxes, which once I stated that he rudely complied. At 7:18pm after not yet receiving my food I called back and stated that I ordered about an hour ago and had not yet received my food, the person who answered was a very rude and said "Everybody says they ordered an hour ago, shes on her way it should be 5 minutes". Note that I never got to mention my name, where the order was being delivered to or any other details so he had no way of knowing how much longer my food would be and obviously just pulled the "5 minutes" out of thin air because as Im writing this Ive still not received my order and have now been waiting over an hour for one deli cold cut sandwich and a cannoli which should take no more than 10 minutes to make and 5 minutes to deliver since the delivery is to the hotel thats literally in this restaurants same parking lot. At this point I dont even want this food after waiting so long and getting such rude customer service over the phone. I dont recommend ordering from here but if you do decide to I would definitely pick it up rather than have it delivered.

I would honestly give it 0 stars if I was able to. Over priced, nasty food. I really have given them a chance. Went in on 3 occasions and each time ordered something different- its all gross. Pizza has way too much cheese and is greasy. Cheese falls off without even taking a bite. They charge $4 for a slice. Then I ordered a chicken wrap- very basic -$12 chicken was extremely dry and flavorless. And just yesterday I ordered a cheesesteak and noticed the guy cooking my food was handling it with no gloves- gross! I dont know where his hands have been, and i certainly did not see him wash them. I had them remake it, with gloves on. I get the sub back to work and it was by far the nastiest cheesesteak I have ever eaten. Smothered in mozzarella and the same dry nasty chicken as the wrap. And honestly the folks who run the place are rude. They are not pleasant and they have fake smiles, it makes you wonder what they might be doing to your food out of sight. I do NOT recommend this to anyone. Too many other great pizza places around. I know I will not be returning. Anyone who has rated them any better than 1 star must know the owners....

Disgusting & Unsanitary work conditions! I watched as the owner who was working the cash register (taking dirty money and credit cards) grabbed into someones order of fries with his bare hands to pull out a few burnt ones and proceeded to throw it directly on the floor - also grabbing slices of pizza with his bare hands too. GROSS! He was also extremely rude, inappropriate yelling at his employees in front of customers. And when I asked for a cup of water instead of a soda, I was told "NO!", but he still gave me a cup, so I thought he was joking. But then realized he charged me $3 for a soda instead. I will NEVER go there again. WORST experience ever!

Truly the best Italian pizza in the area!! I’ve eaten there several times and never had a bad meal, salads are large and fresh, subs are full of meat and offering half subs…great idea! True Italian atmosphere, a lot of food and service is quick. Around noon the place is packed but they focus on serving their customers, keeping the line moving and getting you what you ordered with a smile and always a “Thank you for coming”. I would and have recommended them to my friends, they also do a great job of catering events.

HEALTH VIOLATIONS!!!!!!!! The owner or whomever works there during lunch is a RUDE S.O.B. I will NEVER go in there and i will tell every single person i know not to go in. Food is not great and you are yelled at, sworn at and called names if you ask for something on your food, after they gave it to you without it. RUDE. Go to tha PA Dept. of Agriculture website and look at their food safety reports. Washing dishes in 80 degree water? Gross. Read the reports, youll never eat there again.

Ordered a large pizza, 1 Italian sub, 1 ham sub, and a turkey sub. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good, average size. But the 10" subs were A-MAZING. I didnt try the Italian, but everyone said it was good. Both the ham and turkey were delicious, perfectly made and came in convenient styrofoam containers. The whole order was about $35. Which isnt bad for all we got. The management has changed again and the new owners seem to have turned the place around!

If I could, I would give a zero rating. A few of my coworkers & I ordered food a few weeks ago & got FOOD POISONING, which landed some of us in the hospital. Everyone was projectile vomiting. I have never been so sick in my life. We will be reporting this business! Do NOT order here!!! This is no joke. They have awful customer service & they handle money while handling food with their bare hands=dirty. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Rude customer service. Ive been here a couple of times and the first time I just assumed the woman in there was having a bad day. Shes almost as bad as the soup nazi guy on Seinfeld. I didnt place a complicated order or ask stupid questions either and it wasnt busy in there. The food is mediocre and certainly not worth somebody acting like youve ruined their day over it. I wont be back.

Excellent food!!! Under new management for about a year and that makes all the difference. Never have had a bad meal here and now you are greeted with a smile. Wonderful local Italian food and I strongly recommend the honey BBQ grilled chicken salad and the baked ziti :) And any pizza that you get will be amazing!

Searched for a place for a pizza and this was the closest to our hotel. Took a chance and holy cow!!!!! Great pizza!!! Absolutely fantastic!!! I love pizza and this place was great. The price of $10.50 for a large plain pie was also great. Highly recommended!!!

Just awful. Ordered a cold sub veggie. Specifically told them what I wanted. When I got home it was hot had stuff on it I didnt ask for. Not to mentioned covered in oil. Gross. Fries taste like fish. Maybe oil needs changed. Never go here again

This is a hidden gem. It has a pleasant open atmosphere, ample seating, fast friendly service, and most importantly excellent food. The bread alone–that came with my generous pizza steak–is reason to return. I’ll be back.

The good, their in house rolls - the cheese steak not so good. A cheese steak is supposed to have melted provolone or whiz on the inside, not a strip of white american on top of only half the sandwich, eww!
