Without a doubt, the food here is excellent. Weve dined here many times and never had a bad experience. However, last Saturday night was not the case. As my husband is a restaurant owner, I fully understand that everyone can have an "off day", but a good restaurant owner will try to make it right, at least with an apology. We were there with a large group for a holiday party, and the few people I know who are frequent diners here, were even baffled and upset as to why it took so long to "get a waiter assigned to our table", water for the table, and then our drink orders. It took almost an hour to receive my drink. Not sure what was going on, but an owner, manager or hostess could of at least come up to apologize. Very dissapointing and drawn out dinner. Thankful that the company was good!

Why bother printing coupons when they wont be accepted? Told waitress we had coupon BEFORE order was placed, she said wait until end of meal & receipt of check. Came back later to inform us that one member of our party of four had ordered a "special" so the coupon could not be used. I explained I was not pleased. She returned and said the manager insisted the coupon could not be used. It was our anniversary dinner and I did not want to upset my wife & sons or I would have become very disgruntled. I wanted to see if they would make it right, but no, they apparently would prefer to lose customers. Thats fine by me. Food is typical fare, do you want white sauce or red sauce with that dish? Much too expensive for a noisy environment with poorly trained staff. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Tonight was our first time eating here. The hostess tonight was incredibly rude to my wife and I from the second we walked in the door. We walked in and the hostess with short curly blond hair (older woman) didnt care to say hello to us. She looked right at us, grabbed two menus and said "follow me". Are you serious? You cant even say hello, how are you? Not sure why we would receive this rude bahavior, maybe because were an interracial couple? I cant think of anything else because she was friendly and chatty to the couple she sat right after us. Anyway, the food was very delicious and came out quickly. Our waiter, Andy, was very friendly and did an excellent job. Well try this place again, but if Im greeted with the same rude host, Ill bring my business elsewhere.

Paradiso is our favorite place in town to have a relaxing meal. We love to sit on the patio and enjoy the late afternoon turn into evening while we sip a glass of red. Something about the atmosphere just melts away stress. The staff is very professional and courteous. I havent had anything on the menu that was less than delicious, and I am pretty picky about freshness, flavor, and temperature. I love that they have constantly changing specials as it demonstrates the chefs creativity and proves that things have not gotten stagnant with the restaurant resting on laurels as so many places in Carroll County have become over the years. Our favorite time to visit is when they have the prix fix menu since it is such a good value. Keep up the great job, Paradiso!

Want to give a big thanks to Paradiso for making dinner an easy experience for me. I called ahead to inquire about the menu because I am vegan. The lady who answered was super nice and helpful and gave me some suggestions. At the restaurant our server, Derek, was also very helpful and even checked with the kitchen to make sure my meal was suitable. I dont always get this kind of help at restaurants in Carroll County so I was very appreciative and it allowed me to relax and enjoy dinner with my family. Thank You!!

I stopped by for lunch. I had one of their $9.95 lunch specials. It was veal, artichokes, and spinach in a cream dijon sauce over pasta. Outstanding! The other specials sounded every bit as good too - it was tough to decide. I had a very friendly and professional waitress. The service was great as well. I cant wait to go back and try them out for dinner - and this is definitely going to be a regular lunch stop for me.

Paradiso is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and have a wonderful evening being well taken care of! I have been a Paradiso regular for a while now. This is where my family has our weekly family night dinners. We always have great service, see friendly faces and enjoy amazing food! New specials daily and I love their Gorgonzola dressing. Yum! If you want a guaranteed good night, then come to Paradiso Ristorante.

Paradiso Ristorante is an amazing restaurant. When you step through the door either the owners or their excellent staff will make you feel, not only welcomed, but also appreciated. The menu has an amazing selection of items. The food is excellent. The food is consistently great. I highly recommend! The lunch specials are amazing and budget friendly. Great People + Great Food= Great Memories .

The other day I went to Paradiso with the Family and the food was out of this world good. I had the Tornado Paradiso (filet mignon) and they cooked it perfectly! The garlic mash that comes on the side was delicious, which I wasnt expecting bc its an Italian restaurant! They had many daily specials which added to their big menu. Service was kind and helpful and we will be back! Thank you Paradiso

I love Paradiso! If my husband (and probably my metabolism) would let me, I would eat here multiple times a week. Neither myself or a family member has ever complained about a single dish. I love that the food is authentic Italian (and that I know) nothing tastes like it came from a box or a can. Romantic and cozy atmosphere. If you like Italian- this is a spot you dont want to miss!

My wife and I went here for Valentines Day. They served us instant potatoes with absolutely no flavor, having made them plenty of times at home I can easily tell. The manager had the nerve to say they were freshly peeled potatoes with minced garlic in them. They also over charged my wifes meal. We spent $82 and could have gone to roadhouse for less then half and ate real food.

Their pizza slices are bowling alley pizza and are VERY greasy!!! Hold your pizza slice sideways and watch the grease drip from your pizza!!!! Also, when you want a slice of pizza with a particular topping, they wont make what it is that you want, you have to take what they have in front of you!! Instead of Paradisos, they should call it Para-greas-os instead!!!

Not Family Friendly. Poor Service. Food was decent. Unfortunately, the police were called (into the upstairs dining room) due to the lewd and improper conduct of some unruly customers that the management wouldnt do anything about. Carrolls Best? I dont think so. There are much better places to take your family.

If I could do NO stars I would...rude...the owner is not customer oriented. I am handicapped and could not sit at the bar. I sat at a table and was not able to get Happy Hour pricing because I was not at the bar. When I called the owner he yelled at me and told me I was a ******* and never to come back
