Great, newish restaurant in Adams Morgan! We enjoyed Mondays special -- half bottle of wine night -- and pasta dishes. I recommend the meatball, which was described to me as "the size of your fist" and met expectations. Service was very friendly, atmosphere was cozy -- even romantic -- and the music playlist was on point. I recommend Rosario for a relaxed, intimate Italian dinner in the Adams Morgan neighborhood.

Have been here twice; once for dinner and once for after-dinner drinks. Both were great experiences. Had dinner at the bar - the antipasto plate was generous with very good charcuterie and we loved the fig jam. My date and I shared the black lentil salad and each had pasta, all of which were delicious. Wine was well recommended at both visits. Staff was knowledgeable and bar service was excellent.

Shockingly good for Adams Morgan. Could charge triple for the food. Really delicious, competent bar folks, fab interior, and artfully served food. My salad was a sculpture. If my grandmother were still alive, shed have bludgeoned the chef for the entree recipe.

Cozy but nice place with a loft dining area and a great vibe. The food and drinks were great, especially considering the moderate price. The Apretivo tasted great, and pastas were fresh and cooked perfectly. Go before every one else finds out !

I thought Rosario would serve up some of my favorite Italian dishes, but apparently they dont even know the definition of scallopini. A one-inch slab of tough meat is not scallopini. Try at your own risk.
