Absolutely the worst place and experience ever. If I could give no stars I would. I went inside and was ignores for 10 minutes while unprofessional employees talked. When my order was finally taken the food I received was disgusting and barely edible. I paid $9.30 for a meal I wouldnt even feed my dog. I also asked for ketchup which I received 2 ketchup packets and then had to wait another 10 minutes when I went back into get more. I ended up throwing the food away after I took a bite of the barely edible burger which was mostly bun and mustard. I will never ever waste my time or money at checkers ever again and they clearly dont value their customers since I was ignored for a total of 20 minutes combined. Worst experience I have ever had.

Ive been here a few times and its hit or miss. Recently was a miss. I asked for the Big Chicken sandwich plain, no mayo or lettuce. I was given the spicy chicken with all the toppings. When it was returned I waited 15 minutes for them to give me the big chicken sandwich with all the toppings once again. This was my last experience with them and I refuse to return after the dried up chicken bites I received the time before.

Asked for a new chicken sandwich with no sauce. Got sauce on it but literally wiped off. Asked for a plain hot dog for my child but had to pull to the other side of the building for them to finish it. Obviously the lazy tossers are the lowest of low and should all be fired. Cost of the hot dog meal and chicken sandwich meal... 15.86 USD. Dont go here

Currently trying to call this location and nobody is answering. Just got a meal from the drive thru, went home, took one bite of the burger and realized the bread is moldy!!!!! Disgusting!!! If you would answer your phone I would like to give you a heads up that you are serving moldy food!

This store needs to work on its customer skills, some of the workers talk to much and patrons be standing in line waiting to be served. I went 1 day and this young man was sitting on the counter were you order from and wasnt trying to move because he was talking to the cashier.

This place sucks. Never come here. Have lived in Pasadena my whole life and literally every time I come here I get treated like Im invisible. One time they looked at me and said "we aint got no meat". Terrible even for a fast food restaurant.

If I could give a zero I would, isnt clean. Every single employee has long hair and almost all of them has their hair down. Not experienced, Not well customer service. This place is suspect and I dont recommend coming.
