No sense of customer service,the girl working didnt say hi or anything,I told her many times to make both my orders with no bacon,and since she dont really care for customers,she still went ahead and put bacon on my burgers,I had to leave my vehicle and walk to the window,when I told her about it,she say I didnt make your burgers so is not my fault,follow to snatch the food outta my hands and closing the window in my face without apologizing at all,if you dont like ur job u shouldnt go in the first place,I will never go back....I really hate this location

My experience at this location was very ok. The guy who waited on us seemed more concerned with his phone, and texting at first. I will say that he did finally put it down long enough to take our order. As far as wait time goes, we didnt wait very long. So that was good. I got the bacon cheeseburger "checkerburger" and my boyfriend got one of the promotional steakburgers. He was disappointed. It wasnt what he expected. Mine was ok, except for the condiments. They used ketchup, mustard, and mayo all together. I happen to not like the taste all 3 together.

By far the worst experience time after time this is my last time hear the manager got an attitude order a checkburger they put cheese on it. Told them that i didnt want cheese he took my order back and just unwrapped all my sandwich and took the cheese off instead of making new ones smh. Then get halfway home and they didnt put my two orders of Frenchfries and my mozzarella sticks. I think i take my chances with golden ring they are much beeter and faster and you will get a receipt

I ordered through to purchase a medium banana split milkshake at $3.19. My only pet peeve was that they dont tell you that this particular item is an additional $.79 because its considered "loaded" ... plus tax ($.24). The total was small but the issue is that its not written anywhere. Whats worse is that they stick the straw in its paper inside the milkshake! Ugh! They gave it to me without a bag or napkins. Smh.

Ive always loved Checkers/Rallys food but never expect good service. This location was a pleasant surprise. The same delicious food with an extremely friendly staff. I cant describe how awesome the woman in the drive-thru was; she stood out to me this week in contrast with other restaurants where Ive been rushed and unacknowledged. They are running this store right!

There were 8 items and three items were fixed incorrectly. Another item only had a small slice of tomato and a very small amount of lettuce. The staff was very slow and had to take the order several times. We still had to wait a long time to get the order. Sorry for the poor rating. This use to be one of my favorite places.

The food is okay, the service is slow, theyve never got customers cause it isnt that great, since the service is slow even though youre the only one there its going to take a while anyway to get your food, better off going somewhere away from this whole shopping center... The BK is trashy too

Employee gave me a death stare not greeting me or saying a word. So I said my order assuming she was waiting for it. Felt very uncomfortable, slow service to, food was decent but recommend burger king right across from checkers so much friendlier, n quicker. Food taste better as well.

They need close down or hire new staff. They gave me the wrong dam sandwich and no receipt. When I opened my sandwich after getting home it had bite tooken out of it already n I was over charged for my food. I was pissed. I cussed them out so bad. Do not go there.
