In a matter of seconds this location could get full. But the employees working behind the counter did such a tremendous job to keep the line moving and attend every customer properly and with good etiquette. Place is clean and good spot to eat in a neighborhood in which is expensive to eat.

Competently run with a welcoming and friendly staff and hands-on manager. As of Feb 2009, there are at least 5 Subway franchises in Ithaca, but the Collegetown one is the best.

I like the food very much, and go there frequently. Ive been able to get a couple of Sandwiches for free by accumulating the points with a member card.
