Should be ZERO stars, will never return. Worst General Manager ever. He refused to take a coupon that they printed, he argued that he could not enter it into the system (it was a MoneyMailer Deal). He was going to take it out of the servers tip and said "I guess the server will just have to deal with it". What kind of manager treats his employees like that? As for the food, the crab pretzels were over salted, as was the crab cake sandwich. The nachos were good. No refills on drinks were offered. No ketchup with french fries, only a few teaspoons of tartar sauce with the crab cake (6 year old diner), no pickles with a burger; no follow up after the food was served unless you flagged them down, it is pretty obvious why it was so empty on a Saturday evening. Still tipped the server 25% because it was not his fault that his restaurant is so horrible, he even apologized for the General Manager. I do not recommend this place at all. Lousy standards are in place because they are trying to save a buck instead of providing good service and condiments, which only starts the slippery slope to a glorified McDonalds. The poor managements stinginess is evident in the workplace. The hostess never smiled, the severs all looked miserable, the slice of lemon was so thin it was pathetic, the food was slow, over seasoned/salted, and I feel that most if it was pre-packaged and reheated. Again, dont waste your money.

Worst experience ever. My friend and I decided to grab dinner tonight and sat in the bar area. Once seated we asked the bartender if they had any happy hour specials he just stared at us. I then asked him if the happy hour went until 7 he said yes I then asked what was on special and finally asked about specific bears until I found out what was on special. It would help if he wasnt high! We then made eye contact and waived him over multiple times over the next 20 minutes and he ignored us and spoke with coworkers and friends not doing any work at all. He finally came over when we were about to leave with a smirk on his face and asked us if anything was wrong. I said yeah you have not been by in over 20 minutes he then stated I was lying. He took our order before happy hour was over at 7 it was now 7:25! He was extremely rude and stated he was the manager for the sake of this restaurant I hope not. The female bartender then came over and asked if she could help us at this point he went into the Kitchen immediately probably to have them do something to our food so we decided to leave. I have eaten here twice before and the food was pretty good but this was the most disgusting serves I have ever had.

The service was excelent, the food was great, the prices where very reasonable, the place is clean, and the owner was putting a new roll of toilet paper in the mens room, who could ask for more. I have been there a couple of times. I even got candles in the crab dip for a birthday we where celebrating. I am now a loyal customer. I would have kept this place a secret but that would just be cruel.

I love love love Riverbay breakfast. I would honestly have to say that nothing in the area comes close to theirs. Although they are undertaking alot of staff changes there are a few servers who are amazing. Nellie usually is our server and she is phenomenal. If you order carry out they usually have it ready in 10-15 minutes. Definitely recommend giving Riverbay a try.

I could not get my fish sandwich but I did get the chicken wings and tortilla service was fast and Vicky took good care of us we were very happy with the service fastest serving us our drinks even as she work the bar and working people at tables service was still fast

Amazing old bay seafood pasta, boyfriend got the crab burger and it was equally as fantastic! Great, friendly service, awesome live music, and incredible food. Best pasta ive had in a long time! 5/5 would recommend this to anybody visiting Annapolis.

Excellent food. Good people. Great local place to take care of your hunger and thirst. The service is personal and no pressure. I love going there after a day on the water. Highly recommend.
