So many great selections and options one comes upon once you come through the front door. Will absolutely without a doubt satisfy your breakfast craving of a fresh warm bagel alongside with an immense plethora of additions to make it a perfect breakfast sandwich. Ive had the joy of trying different entrees and bagel combinations to my hearts content. The staff is a steady, hardworking staff that really deserves high praise. This is a very fast paced breakfast/lunch environment, dont complain that the line is huge at 6-7 am when everybody is trying to grab their favorite meal of the day on their way to work. Sometimes Ive come across a long wait period and all Ive had to do is speak up for just a moment and ask what the delay might be. Theyre eager to help out and always address it quickly. Ive only gotten my order wrong ONCE and I spoke up, I got my breakfast free that day and for my next order as well. The manager even came out and apologized to me, thats the kind of service I can rely on and which makes me a customer that will come back time after time.

the food was very good! the location is super convenient as well! but due to the poor customer service i have to give this place a 2-star. once greeted by the cashier i immediately felt like I was not welcome at the store, like I was inconveniencing them. When I went to fill my coffee, I had realized there was no Half & Half so i told the cashier. she then proceeded to hand me a half gallon of unopened Half & Half and told me to fill it myself. so I did. then when I finished adding the Half & Half and my sugar I took a sip of the coffee...Ice Cold. It had also tasted old, as if it was the only batch they had made. Im normally not a complainer but what the f**k? terrible experience but good food. (I Guess)

The girl gave my order to another customer, a male, and when I inquired where my order was they tried to blame me, saying I didnt respond when called. It was a lie since I was standing by the counter the whole time and no one ever called my name. Apparently the girl thought my name is masculine and just gave my food to the next man in line. When I asked for the manager, the manager ignored me, turned away and instead started preparing my sandwich so that before I could say anything to him, he was handing me my sandwich as in "just go away". Never did they apologize for their mistake or offered a discount for my long wait and inconvenience. Have not been back since.

Poor customer service, horrible staffs, if you have patience and can wait for a while and want to screw up your morning, then Yes this is the best place to go... I just ordered for a onion and spinach bagel with cheese which took 20 minutes to serve... People who ordered after me where getting served, when checked with cashier they said I will get the foodie a minute then they started processing... The lady just kept the order on the table and went away not had a courtesy to even ask sorry for the delay...

Service and food pretty good, but Wifi is REALLY bad. Im in the store now with only 2 customers at tables, and the wifi is painfully slow. They need to upgrade, probably no upgrade in years. Mgr has said he cant do anything about it. Maybe corporate can consider upgrading routers, placing a second router or speeds. In meantime, I will more frequently eat at Starbucks next door.

This place is a poor representation of Einstein bagels. The girl at the cash register seems annoyed there are customers. At noon on a weekend they are literally out of almost every bagel. A polite inquiry as to when the next batch would be out was met with "this is all we got.". Avoid this place, go to the EB in Montgomery village shopping center instead.

Great food love the farmhouse sandwiches. I came in here with my Family and ordered lunch for everyone. I went to pay and my card was declined as my paycheck had not cleared yet. The Manager was awesome and he allowed me to return later to pay and still gave us our food. Top notch at this place incredible customer service.

Okay but not very good. I tried a bagel sandwich and a muffin. The bagel may be made the same day but is not very well toasted, so it tastes a bit stale. Ingredients are not of very high quality like the entry-grade sausage patty. Muffin was greasy. Its the Mc Donalds of bagels.

Came here twice and both times they got our order wrong. A total of 60 dollars down the drain because my family has allergies to the ingredients we requested to be left off of our bagel.
