This is one of the best Starbucks location Ive discovered in the entire DC metro area, and hands down the best crew of all East coast. I come from Seattle so I have many other great Starbucks locations to compare. And whoever said Panera coffee is better than Starbucks coffee taste is an idiot. Also, it makes no sense for people to rate the "taste" of coffee instead of the people and ambiance of the location. Starbucks is a national chain (duh!) so its not the fault of this locations crew if you dont like Starbucks taste - go rate Starbucks Corporate, then, instead of letting your subjective coffee preference reflect on the good folks working to make our day a better one. This location has ample seating, large community table, couches, ample outdoor seating, and they move the line pretty fast. If you get frustrated because someone at the register is having a quick morning conversation with a barista, then you need to just grab your own coffee at home before leaving the house because Starbucks has always been about community building. I have to admit that Starbucks coffee is not my favorite taste. I have other coffee roasters in the Northwest region that I enjoy more. But I visit this particular Starbucks Fair Lakes Shopping Center location because of the crew and the culture they established. I feel like this place is a piece of Seattle experience on the East coast.

This location has some of the beat Starbucks employees (depending on the time you to) but their coffee is not up to Starbucks reputation. I have been there at least 5 times before reviewing and it has never been a tasty experience. I usually end up throwing it away. I know every barista is different and I am not picky about my coffee at all but thier macciatos and blended drinks just are not good.

Very friendly, clean, and quick, even though they were packed, and only had two employees out, working with customers, during the time that I was there! I am a recent diabetic, and they were very helpful to me. I have loved Starbucks for 20 years, and now the employees of this location has ensured that Starbucks will still have my business, because of your healthy and low-carb options! :)

Best Starbucks in this area! Ive been to Starbucks all over the area. Hands down the best because they have the nicest people working there and they always make great coffee. I never had burnt coffee from them...I cant say the same for the other Starbucks places.

So its a Starbucks and thats the basics. But what I really love about this place there never seems to be a line and you can always walk right in. However I would say its filled with yuppies using laptops but if that doesnt bother you enjoy your coffee
