Not good. First of all, they had no drip coffee. Machine broken. Weird, huh? Then, they lost both my bar order AND my sandwich order. The lady running things was nice, but everything else was chaos, and there was some kind of friction going on among the team members. Finally just walked out in frustration with nothing. Not worth the 6 bucks to wait any longer. There are plenty of other Starbucks to choose from.

Located in a suburban strip mall, this Starbucks is very family-friendly, with lots of parents and young kids, teenagers, and the occasional professional dropping by for a meeting. Service is almost always swift, although some friends complain that the barristas STILL dont know their orders after many months of regular custom!

They had my online order prepared quickly, but forgot to add the soy milk I requested. I tried to get the baristas attention, but after several failed attempts I went to the self-pour station to add regular milk for the sake of time. All of them were empty. Didnt save me much time with the online order.
