Not sympathetic at all. Im lactose and tolerant and I love Starbucks chai tea, do I decided to buy my own milk and bring it to the shop, thinking they would be friendly and sympathetic about the situation. Since they dont carry lactose free milk. Not at all at this location. The cashier was over charging me for same cup that I have taken before. He was charging me for a large one when I have used same cup before and it was small. On top of that when I complained about it he told me that it was at least medium. I said ok sure. I didnt want to argue. He charged me full price not happy about it because I provided the milk and cup and it wasnt even a medium size. No more Starbucks.

Ive been to a lot of Starbucks in the US and a couple in Japan. This is the worst Ive ever been to. There is usually a long line and the workers are slow an inefficient. I usually go here twice on the weekends, and the employees are indifferent and sometimes rude. They are often out of pastries or other food items. I go to a Starbucks in downtown DC (11th St. NW) on the weekdays, and they are always extremely busy, probably hundreds of customers a day. Yet, they know the names of many patrons and know what they order. They are extremely efficient and friendly. The Darnestown Road store is the opposite, and definitely needs a new manager and new workers.

For a Starbucks this is a nice one. The space is nice with super high ceilings. Its a busy Starbucks and there was consistently a line the three hours I sat here and worked on a Saturday morning. If youre looking for a quiet space, this is not the place. Due to the number of customers and high ceilings it can get loud in here. Coffee I had was a standard Sbucks coffee. Nothing special.

There are two types of Starbucks, the kind where you: 1) sit down and read/write/do work; 2) park, pick up a coffee, and drive away This is the latter and not the former. No place really to sit. A lot of turnover in the parking lot. Coffee is as good/bad as any Starbucks. We prefer the one in the Kentlands as its more hip with lots of sitting space.

The people here are friendly. I am usually here at least once or twice a week. They recognize my usual orders. The only downside is that during certain ties it can be cramped for seating and the line can be long.

This Starbucks is one of the worst. Noisy, slow, internet that works on and off. I keep hoping itll get better but it gets worse and worse. I used to go there regularly, now I go to Panera.

Smaller Starbucks, not a lot of place to sit down. Its almost deserted on Saturdays. The only visitors are people coming out of the gym nearby. WiFi is flaky, but the coffee is good.
