This is by far my favorite Starbucks Cafe around the area. Ive been to several Starbucks Cafes around the area including the one next to Giant, Kentlands, and the one at Milestone Plaza. Not one of them compared to the dedication that this crew at this location has shown me. I would like to say this because at the other locations ive metioned. I have been waved away at 10 til the closing hour. Not to mention that the coffee I get there was very bitter. At the Starbucks at the Germantown Town Center, I would just like to mention that not only did he flag me in at the very last minute, he even remembered what I usually get. I have only been going at this location a handful of times and Im so amazed that they can remember what I get already. He was very courteous and pleasant. The coffee he made was awesome because I had a four hour trip to make back to my family in Va Beach, Va. Thanks for helping me on my journey. That act just put you guys at this location on the top of my Cafe list!

Im not one to do this, but I had a terrible experience at the Starbucks on Germantown road this morning. I was in line getting ready to order and a young asian lady took my order. I could not understand her questions to me and I had to ask twice what she was saying. I am very understanding about people from other countries and I compliment all of them for learning our language and adapting to our country. It was 7;30 am and this lady had a real attitude. When I finally understood her question I said yes, I would like a dark roast venti. I gave her my gift card, I had two out in case I had used up the amount on my first one. She poured my coffee gave it to me and said "you owe me another dollar something. I pulled the other card out of my wallet and gave it to her. She had filled my coffee to the rim. Needless to say I had hot coffee all over me and my car by the time I got to work. I have gone to this store for two years and I can assure you I will find another coffee place to go to.

No brewed coffee??? I know its a busy Saturday morning but you think that the staff at this location we keep up on keeping the brewed coffee brewed. After waiting in line for 10 minutes and tell me they have no brewed coffee available so I walked out without. Not good management.

***** is the slowest person to ever work in a coffee shop. She doesnt seem to understand that between five and six AM customers are in a rush and the nicest thing she can do for them is to make the drinks quickly, and keep the socializing to a minimum.
