Avoid this place . Once again the Saturday Night Crew could not fill a gallon Sweet Tea Jug with Sweet Tea . This has happened 4 times in the last six weeks . I usually just throw it out but not this time . When this location was called this morning about the mistake Suzanne said just come back and get another Gallon. Really ? Drive 20 miles out of Our way after Work to correct YOUR Locations mistake . Well We did and the Crew made Us wait 10 minutes for Someone to Check a Book and give Us another Gallon . Im done with this Place and Im Posting to My Unions (2000 Members ) Facebook Page , My Facebook Page and My Organizations Facebook Page.

I have been to this Chick-fil-a multiple times since it has opened. I decided to grab some dinner on my way home from work. I took one bite into the waffle fries and I found a fried and greasy BAND AID WRAPPER stuck to the fry. Absolutely disgusting, I threw all of out, who knows what could have been on that wrapper. I called the manager and they were absolutely no help in the matter. My family and I will NEVER be coming back to this Chick-fil-a.

Ok, lets keep the 5 stars in the context of fast food. But they simply have really good chicken (be sure to ask for the house Chick-fil-A sauce). Im continuously surprised and impressed at all their locations how they always manage to get smart, polite, happy employees.

Go here once a week and its always hassle free, food is great, employees the same.. Just sometimes overwhelmed with customers (no surprise there). Chick fil a really understands how to run a business (customer service is still alive here)

Excellent service and good variety of foods. Can be very crowded but service is fast and efficient even at the worst times. Excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Between 9:30 to 11:00 best time for late breakfast or an early lunch.

The best Chick-fil-A Ive been to. The Forest Hill location has the best lemonade Ive had out of all the Chick-fil-As Ive visited. As usual the people are friendly and helpful and the place is clean along with having great food.

The last few times I went here, they have messed up my order, like forgetting a sandwich or giving me regular chicken instead of spicy when ordered. It seems like the employees are lacking attention and communication skills.

Chick fil a is a staple location in our house. This location is the one closest to our home and we go frequently. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are also quick and efficient with getting food out to the customers.
