This was the cleanest, well decorated, high tech Olive Garden Ive been to! Press a button to request your server? Pay your bill at your own table with the kiosk? Play games to win additional coupons and offers towards your next visit? If this is the new standard for all Olive Gardens, then all other franchise restaurants need to step up their game. My parents and I came for their infamous lunch specials - ayce breadsticks, salad, and soup + a choice of lunch entree. For entrees, we ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, chicken Parmesan sandwich with fries, and fried risotto balls. For soups, we were allowed to switch options for refills so we sampled all three - chicken gnocchi, zuppa tucana, pasta e fagioli. The soups and salad were immediately brought out. All three soups were perfectly seasoned and well made. The salad was refreshing. The bread sticks - although took a whole round of us finishing soup + salad to be served - was piping hot and fresh out of the oven! Our entrees were served in no time. Portion size varies greatly among the three - my risotto balls appeared to be an appetizer course, my mothers fettuccine appeared to be a kids meal, while my fathers chicken parm sandwich + fries could easily be split into a meal for 2. The best of the 3 was the chicken parm sandwich - not just because of the size but also for its taste - perfectly breaded, well seasoned + smothered in their house made marinara sauce + sandwiched between their infamous bread stick - a welcoming addition to their lunch menu! The fettuccine on the other hand was nothing special while the fried risotto balls were in fact terrible - tasteless and soggy. I should have stuck to a safer option - a pasta or a sandwich. Overall, my parents and I really enjoyed our lunch at Olive Garden! Food for the most part were tasty (three refills on soup, salad, and breads - we are eating champs). Service was warm and accommodating (Donte made sure I had my salad dressing on the side and brought out extra cups of marinara for the bread sticks)! ~$8 per person, wished I live closer!

Overall: Had dinner with my wife at 6pm on a Friday and had a good experience, very good service, and good food especially considering the day/time. Roxanne was a fantastic waitress! Coming at 6pm with no reservations on a Friday can be a recipe for disaster, but not today. We were told there would be a 20 minute wait, and we were seated in about 15. It took close to 5 minutes for our waitress to stop by, but that gave us time to read the menus. We got drinks and placed a bruchetta appetizer order and placed the meal order about 3 minutes later. As expected it was very busy. Appetizers took a few minutes to come out and this was the only low point. The bread could have been crispier and a little more even oil. We probably wont get that again. It took a little bit to get a refill of iced but the waitress stopped by to explain a fresh batch was being brewed and apologized. Unlike others our waitress stopped by twice before the main meal, asking if we were OK with drinks, needed more salad, making sure things were OK. My wife made her own tour, and i had the northern tour. My wife said the steak could have had a little more salt but it was still juicy, cooked properly, and overall good. The pasta wasnt bad, youre not going to get homemade fanciness at Olive garden but we were pleased. The chicken that came with the northern tour had a tasty crust but was a touch dry. Overall however I was really pleased, as was my wife. Again, the service was the Star. Our waitress was very attentive to us and other customers in a packed house. All around us tables were cleared in seconds after people left, and people seated right after. I was honestly impressed because my last olive garden experience in Westminster felt like I was being rushed out the door. Maybe it was a really good day, or maybe others caught a day where they were short on staff. But I was honestly surprised at the experience. Well be back when were in the area!

Bad food and bad service! Just like all other Olive gardens, this location doesnt like single diners (aka, table for one), but they seem to go out of their way to treat single diners badly. When I walked in, everybody that walked in at the same time as I (groups of 2 to 7) were all seated immediately, but when I asked for a table for one, I was told it would be a ten minute wait. When I finally got a table (at the back corner of the restaurant), I asked the waitress for a recommendation, and she, of course, recommended the most expensive thing on the menu: the steak trio. I ordered it, with my steak medium-rare to medium, and soup instead of salad. She initially only brought me two breadsticks, which I ate with my soup. When my entree was ready, she picked up my unfinished bowl of soup and put the entree down, and walked away. She never asked if I wanted more soup or even if I wanted more breadsticks. I cut into my steak and there was barely any pink left at all (aka, medium-well). It took me forever to flag her down for a refill on my drink, and she still didnt ask or check about breadsticks. When she brought the refill, I asked for more breadsticks (my first "refill" of breadsticks). She brought me one single breadstick, in a basket all by itself. At this point, I got up, went to the hostess stand, and asked to speak to the manager. The hostess told the manager was busy, but she would send them to my table. I waited fifteen minutes, and the manager never showed up. And, in the whole time I was waiting for the manager, my waitress never came by once. I paid the bill with heir card-reader on the table and walked out. Just another reason to hate Olive Garden!

Ive been to Oliver Garden a few times, in different states and cities, and from all of my visits, this was by far the worst. The experience was bad from the beginning. One of the recepcionists was heavily pregnant and on her way out to smoke. She looked tired and stressed. The other girl who sat us was not warm and welcoming like they usually are. Her mind was somewhere else. But even worse than this was the strong odor in the atmosphere. It smelled like stinky feet. I should have seen it as a sign and just live at this point, but somehow I thought the food was going to make up for it. And I was wrong. My husband and I had the chicken gnocchi soup, and it was the only decent thing we ate all night. Breadsticks were re-heated and lukewarm, not freshly baked. My husband had the tour of Northern Italy, and it tasted pretty bad, and I had spaghetti with garlic Alfredo sauce and crispy chicken. It was flavorless, there wasnt enough sauce to cover the pasta, or looked and tastedike something out of a jar. The chicken wasnt crispy and it was barely chicken, just a thin slice of meat covered in soggy breadcrumbs. To summarize the whole experience, unimpressive service, bad atmosphere and awful, awful food. I am for sure never returning to this particular branch, and will avoid Olive Garden at all costs in the future.

I am not sure what is happening with the OG; but, it has been going down hill for sometime now. I think this last experience is the last straw. I tried using the mobile site to order only to be met with frustration; so, I decided to try the normal website. That would not put my second items in the cart either. So I called. I was placed on hold 3 times! All three was for 5 minutes and longer. The ONLY reason I even bothered to continue with this poor attempt of carryout is because I was craving Chicken Gnocchi... I get to the restaurant and they do not have an order for me! No were sorry. No Im going to find it. No let me see what happen. Just, "We dont have your order." It was only after a manager walked up did he retake my order. Only for the carryout person to say 6 minutes later, "What was your order? Its right here. She wrote the wrong name." She never even looked and evidently neither did the manager. How did the order taker get Jenn from Trina is beyond me; but, nothing is surprising me right now about this experience. To add insult to injury the food was bland and tasteless, like the pasta had no sauce. The customer service REALLY SUCK. The food was bland! Google made me give you 1 star! GET IT TOGETHER OLIVE GARDEN! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
