Went there this afternoon at about 4:15pm to purchase an ice cream cake. Not busy so I thought this would be a good thing. Counter girl working the register was having a conversation with someone making a banana split or something, didt turn around to us and we stood there with the cake for awhile while she decided to wait on us. Then there was no eye contact at all..lol She rang us up, said thatll be $22.99, took my card, ran it and walked away. Worst customer service ever! Will spread the word.

Ordered a blizzard and asked for extra everything in it, when I got the blizzard it was runny and over flowing all down the sides and very messy, the woman working said she wasnt going to flip it because of all the extra stuff in it but no it was just runny and would of spilled all over the ground, it was basically chocolate milk.

This store is small and, though they offer food, they dont have a large selection. I ordered a grilled cheese because nothing else looked appealing. It was barely toasted and not warm at all. The cheese wasnt even fully melted.

A lot of these reviews crack me up. "They kill ducks by feeding them bread".. DQ never has thrown out any bread for ducks to consume. Many lebanon folk who drive there for icecream sit at benches and throw bread.

Hours need updated. It appears its open from 11:00 am on Saturday and Sunday not 10:00 am drove 30 mins to pick up an ice cream cake to find it closed

It was very dirty inside. Floors not swept or mopped, tables not wiped down. And these are the parts they let the customer see...
