This was the friendliest Taco Bell Ive ever been to. I forget the kids name, but there was a guy there who was making small talk about comedians, the weather, etc... though Im there to eat, not make friends, it was still a better experience than your typical fast food chain where they repeat their insincere phrases like, "next", "thank you have a nice day", or "how may I help you?" Here they talked to you like a human being. Even brought the food out to me.

Its actually a preety clean resturant and the shift manager finesse always makes sure my order is all there and correct. If anyone sits down she serves the food right to you and if your taking out she checks one more time and sends you on your way with a nice smile and a thank you come again/have a good evening the resturant wasnt rebuilt to cover up any pest it was to expanded and redesigned the store to give the customers a more lounging experince

Horrible we waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. We couldnt back out because the drive way was narrow. They took so long with everybody order. Then when we got home the burritos was horrible. This taco bells use to be good but lately the service had gotten worse. I was at the one on Eastern Avenue in Essex

Usually always fast and friendly. Although my last experience, I request mild sauce for a taco bowl, a quesadilla and 4 hard shelled tacos and they only gave me two.... two individual packets. The food is prepped fast and, the couple of times that I have dined in, the restaurant dining area is clean.

Not a big Taco Bell fan, but this location is alright. The counter server saw my apprehension and suggested a light alternative to the basic tacos offered. Friendly, helpful staff. Its the people here that made my experience better - not the food which was warm not hit.

Well my food took 10 minutes and I only ordered one soft shell taco plain and they werent even busy when I ordered and maybe if they been quiet I would of got my food faster but the food was enjoyable.

Food was good besides potatoes being a little dry. I was the only car in the drive through in addition to one in the parking lot and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food.
