Im a faithful customer at this location. The service is usually great, but this morning I was disappointed. I waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes to find out there were no hashbrowns. This was quickly resolved for a substitution of French fries, no big deal. What really got me, was when I got all the way to work with my breakfast I realized they had messed up my order. Too late to go back now. Cant say it was a great start to my Friday morning. :(

Its your standard chick-fil-a. Problem with this site is the layout of the parking lot, its horrible. Its tough to get in and out. People have to walk through the drive thru lane on both sides of the building to get in and out and the line of sight for drivers is blocked by the building - surprised no one has gotten hurt. Theyve put lane maker poles up to try and help, but it makes it even more awkward.

Food is always good and staff is friendly. 3 stars because the parking lot has a strange setup. The main parking lot is quite small and is almost always full at rush hour times. Theres a smaller parking lot that the drive-through line has to go through, and you can get stuck if youre parked there and the drive-through line gets backed up (which happens frequently).

Love it!!. The food is excellent ,fresh and fast. Customer service at the table in a fast food restaurant??? So awesome when i go with the kids . They give me refills or clean my table etc...so we all have a wonderful time. We are from NY...so we know what it means to eat in rush hours..so places like this are needed all over the world.

Love the food here, but almost every time Ive ordered, something is either missing from my order or made incorrectly. Im not one to complain about stuff like that usually, and I understand why things like that happen since theyre always extremely busy, but I feel like I should get what I ordered.

Idk, maybe its just me but these people are rude. They are not friendly at all. No complaints about getting the wrong order because all I get from here is coffee anyways. I come 5 times a weeks for coffee and the workers always have bad attitudes. Yall need to take notes from Canton employees

Chick fil a food is good, cheap, and the little one can run and play in the play place. These are far and fee between in Baltimore it seems. I also like how they buss tables a d ask if you want refills too

My fries are usually not hot enough (borderline cold) or theyre crispy like potato chips. Never had truly hot fries from here. Wouldnt really advise.
