The hostess was amazing! She answered every question about the menu and the few she did not know she asked the correct people to get the answers. Timing of the food was very fast from time order was placed. Now what really earned the 5 stars was this: I got home after ordering the crab dip and open the container it was less than half full. Working in the industry I RARELY send something back or talk to a manager, which is why I NEVER write reviews. I returned and the manager Dean came right out and gave a reasonable explanation about their Togo containers making the portion size look smaller. And then brought me out a new crab dip that filled in the container better and this was with out asking. Customer service is a big thing with me being in the industry and his willingness to go above and beyond he showed!

Our experience was absolutely terrible at this location. I have been to many other turtles in the area but this one just plain sucked. We went early afternoon for a late lunch. Ordered two burgers to go and it took 45 minutes to get them. The burgers were undercooked when we got them home and tasted awful. The service was okay but did nothing to rectify the situation. We will go to Annapolis, or Crofton if we want to go to a greene turtle

This has been a 4/5-star business, but there were some real struggles during a busy time on Sunday. Chicken tenders for my young children were not cooked thoroughly and we had food delivered to the wrong table. I will return here - being a local restaurant - and give them a chance to increase my review score.

Always love going to the Turtle! Food, drink, waitstaff and management are great! They always go out of their way to make sure the customers are happy. We go every Sunday during football season, a lot of fun watching the games there. We usually visit the Turtle 3 to 4 times a week!!!!

Great food, service, and drinks. Each booth has its own TV that you control so its the best place for watching the game. My wife has food allergies and the kitchen is extremely accommodating and friendly. Everything we eat here is very good

The servers were nonsociable wont answer any of your questions just ignore them taps are average. Worst of all they poured me the wrong beer. Someone almost got a beer tossed in their face.
