The Swamp is a true South County experience, not to be missed by anyone in the area. It can be a bit rough looking on the outside, and inside, but there is always something going on (drink deals, events, etc). Its definitely a local watering hole, especially with the bikers. It could use some work, but its also just what the place is. Indoor and outdoor (seasonal) bar. The outdoor area includes horseshoe pits, a fire pit, and cornhole area, and inside there are darts and a pool table. Beer selection has recently diversified, both bottled and taps.

This really is a good place. Its a quaint local place. The staff is always friendly and local. The specials are rather reasonable. But mostly, you can come here and know someone or know someone they know. Its definitely a multi-generational gathering of Southern Bulldawg Alumni that dont need high end places to have fun and enjoy a drink, game of darts, pool or chat around the fire pit.

Cold beer,juke box, pool table and dart board, what more can you ask for. If you have a sharp object you can carve your name in a table and use it to defend your self from the out of hand drunk thats looking for a reason to fight. If you dont mind under educated people that are missing a few teeth this is the place for you!

Place was a little rough . Bathrooms were nasty Stoped in for lunch didnt have two things on menu. Ordered a draft beer tasted bitter. Friendly service plave needs a serious facelift other than that its a Good place for getting drunk lol

I learned that in order to eat a crab, you must smash the thorax with a wooden hammer! Thanks Maryland Keno! Puts the crabs in the swamp, steam it then drain, eat, repeat! CRABS!!!!!!
