I called to make sure that delivery was available to where I was going to be, and to verify up to what time delivery orders could be placed. I was told that delivery would be available. I called a few hours later to place an order. After being bounced around to a couple of locations, and placed on long holds several times, I was told that Im 4-5 blocks outside their delivery range. They offered pickup as an option. I explained that my vehicle is about 85 feet long and weighs about 80,000 pounds. Its weird, but they were unable to offer me parking. Mustve been why I called about delivery earlier. I was asked if Id like to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, there was no manager there. I left my phone number so it could be texted to the manager for a call back. I have received no call. I attempted follow up calls prior to closing time which werent answered. Had I been given accurate information previously, I wouldve figured something else out. Now its too late. The service at this place is as bad as Ive ever seen. Now, if youll excuse me Im going to go eat the singular Clif Bar I have in my truck for dinner after my 14 hour day.

The food is fine but the customer service skills of this entire company could use improvement. I was given the wrong pizza when I ordered take out. I called when I got home and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone. When I left 10 minutes prior, there about 4 people total there so Im not sure how it is that they couldnt be bothered to answer. But, surely they check their voicemail messages. No, when I was about to do that, I was notified that the voice mail was full. After several unanswered emails I finally just ordered a pizza from somewhere else, which Ill be doing from now on. So, unless you are willing to do the same or drive over there if they mess up your order, I suggest you do too.

Worst service ever... First time here and my last, today they only had one person working I told the waitress that I wanted a table outside and he told me to pick a menu and go outside and come back inside when Im ready to order like really u dont have no customer service at all.. so if u are willing to have a table outside u need to be ur own waitress.. the coke and sprites tasted like s@$t I told the waitress to changed it and he looked like he didnt care so I told him to cancel my order and I left to find other place that they do care about their customers ...

HomeSlyce is a very nice bar tucked in near the Leone Riverside park. From the pizza to the deserts they serve, all of the bartenders and waiters are very people oriented. They will talk and share their stories, even if you are new! In regards to their customer base, many friendly folks can be found. Young or old, the atmosphere of HomeSlyce is very friendly and uplifting! On game days, the restaurant truly shines with the spirit of whichever sport they are supporting that day, whether is be Football, Baseball, or even Soccer.

I was excited to try this place since I live so close by! I wanted to impress a friend who came out of town! I ordered pizza from them and went to pick up, I asked the bar tender and gave my name but still waited at the bar for 30 mins. And my food was not ready! So after 30 mins I finally got my food. When I got home which was one block of this place my pizza was cold

I go almost weekly because of trivia. The staff is fun and attentive, and they always have great beers. The food I really good too. I usually get the pizza boat, and its really good, but Ive had the meatballs and theyre good as well. The wings are my favorite. Lots of big TVs and the music theyre playing always has me tapping my foot.

Bartender was not very personable. I was part of a bar crawl during St. Pattys day and our itinerary stated $4 shots and he would not honor it. After going back and forth I gave up. I ordered the mozzarella sticks as an app and they were very obviously from frozen and not worth the money at all.

The pizza is good, but not exceptional. Its got a very distinct crust that I like. Average prices, but not great specials, with the exception of Thursday Night sandwich night. The staff go from generally friendly to very friendly (Ricardo), but can be a bit overwhelmed at times.

While the food is good the delivery service is awful. I live two blocks away and they refuse to deliver it to my apartment door always calling to come outside and meet them at there car or just leaving it by the front door and telling me to pick it up.

Great pizza with plenty of options for toppings. Nothing exceptional but you can definitely dial in the taste of your pizza to your liking. Delivery is usually quick and definitely beats getting something like Dominos.

Atmosphere, service, drinks and food were amazing. The buffalo wings and premium pizza were excellent. The happy hour mix drinks were expertly prepared. Highly recommended local bar and pizzeria!

HomeSlyce is great! I think their pizza is a little pricey, but I stick with the Thursday special of $5 sandwich + fries + salad—what a deal! Food is great and comes out fast.
