My mother showed up this morning to pick up a mothers day cake she had ordered and she was told that they did not have the cake, and she would have to pick something else. My brother then called to speak to a manager and the owner is who he spoke to and he CURSED at my brother and told him he didnt care. My mother had to seperatly pay for her cupcakes and then was refunded for her cake. Absolutely terrible experience and we will NOT be doing business with this location again!

The young lady was rude and didnt listen to what was said she was very stingy on fillings and by the time we got to the car our ice cream was melted as if the place they mix the fillings in was to warm and Im guessing the man there was the manger and didnt say a single word while she was to busy on her phone to listen very sad use to love the ice cream but wont be going back

I ordered and paid for a Mothers Day cake and my credit card was charged. When we went to pick it up, there was no Mothers Day cake. I was given a substitute but I am very unhappy that I did not get the cake that I paid for. We were told that my cake was given away and they had no more. Very disappointed!

Terrible customer service from Jynx No gloves worn while handling and making the order. Barely spoke and seemed like he was miserable, not to mention he made the orders incorrectly. If youre going to staff one person at least make sure they are upbeat and ready to handle a small rush.

As one of the reviewers said the lady is rude. Seems like a bunch of kids running the place that dont know what theyre doing. Poor management. The ice cream was okay but the service is terrible.
