Buyer beware! If youre looking for fresh produce, this is not the place to go. Ive been there a number of times because the location is convenient for me. I have brought moldy fruits and vegetables to the customer service counter to notify them of the problem in hopes that they would correct it, but whenever I go there, the fruits and vegetables I was hoping to buy are in terrible condition and I have to pick through them to find a decent one. Sometimes I even discover after getting home that the one fruit or vegetable I thought looked okay actually had some hidden mold on it. I generally have to consume any produce I buy within a day of buying it or it will quickly go bad. Ive frequently seen even hardy produce like cantaloupe and acorn squash sprouting fuzzy blue mold. The store is okay if you just want to buy non-perishables. One positive to this store is that the aisles are never overcrowded, but even that should raise some red flags.

The produce section is terrible. They seem to get infrequent shipments, and they leave out old produce while waiting. Quite often, all of a particular fruit is moldy. Quite often, Ive taken home mediocre fruits/vegetables only to see them become moldy the next day. Several times, Ive carried armfuls of moldy vegetables off the shelf to customer service to let them know that THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. Ive had problems with each of: strawberries, cherries, peaches, nectarines, pumpkins, acorn squash, papaya, tomatoes, mushrooms, grapefruit, and green beans. Even when I find fresh fruits/veggies, it usually is only a result of carefully examining 4-5 items before finding one that looks edible. I only went back so many times because I essentially live next door. The rest of the store is acceptable, and Ill go there for anything else, including meat and fish.

Treat you like youre a criminal, even when you show their stupid savongscard & your OD. Store detectives follow you around, trying (& failing miserably) to remaim unobtrusive. Meats are rarely fresh & if they are, they go fast. They act like theyve never heard of a rain check. They balk at giving sale prices at the register even when you have learned your flyer in your hand, with the current date, & can show them the sale prices. They try to find excuses nitty honor coupons. I finally quit going unless they have an excellent sale on something & no other supermarket can match it.

The most consistently ghetto grocery store I have ever been to. The employees are useless, they do not help. The food selection is fair, but try to buy meat after 4 pm and the choices are very few and far between. They have security who only seem to profile you or give you trouble if you are white. People park out in the fire lane all the time and the security guards only chase off the white people. I have seen the manager pass by a woman with a screaming child to help a pretty young woman. They never have enough cashiers...... The list goes on and on.

I like the products here but Im always having a hard time dealing with the customer service . They are super slow most of the times I go here and Im always waiting up to 5 mins just for someone to grab something from the back of the counter when Im first in line because they want to talk to other people. Ive even had someone refuse to help me with receiving money from western union because they were getting off work and didnt feel like taking that much money out of the drawer.

Thank You Maams and Sirs for the warm spirits and smiles. Just what i needed after a long day at work and 90 minutes of rush hour traffic. And i now have the motivation and inspiration to create a one of a kind out of this world BBQ sauce for my fall off the bone smoked rib secret family recipe dating back generations... One key element... Mambo Sauce... Thank You again Wise. Keep up the Amazing work. Best Regards. Love Daryl.

Make sure you watch expiration dates and prices when you buy from here. My son went to Weiss when he came home from college. He forgot the rule not to go to this store. Sure enough, the OJ was expired by 2 months. Also, I went here 2 years ago and 2 employees were loudly cursing at each other in the front of the store. I became scared violence was going to erupt. It looked like one of the employees was a manager.

While convenient to home, I never walk out of this store with everything I walked in to get. Selection is minimal and some of what they do have, specifically meat and produce areas, severely lack inventory. I dont think theres been one time that I dont walk out of the store saying My God, I hate this store. The store in Laurel is 100 times better. Thankfully, that one is convenient to work and easy to stop by.

Its amazing that this grocery store stays open. Theyve got serious issues with cleanliness, flies, expired products, and prices mismatches. Some of the staff is helpful and friendly while others walk by spills on the floor or complain when customers ask for a price check. It has some of the basics if you need to pick up something quick, but buyer beware for opened or expired products.

ZERO STARS!!! I am very disappointed in this grocery store! This makes the third time Ive had to return something because it was months old on the expiration; usually, I check the dates and they get me every time Im in a hurry to get in and get out. The one in Laurel is MUCH better and will get my business from now on!

This store has a weird layout. Its difficult finding products. They also dont have a good variety of products. They dont have aloe Vera. They dont have axe styling cream. Their produce looks bad. I dont recommend shopping here except only for picking up bread and milk.

Average neighborhood market. Decent selection, but nothing outstanding. Limited selection in bakery and meat department. Produce is alright. Frozen food aisle is not very diverse. Staff is not very friendly or helpful when asked for assistance or checking out.

Its convenient and they have good deals from time to time. The international section is pretty good. The Deli is slow and not great. Produce options are ok. Not too sure about the fresh seafood. Overall decent grocery store but dont expect anything fancy.

Moved here in October 2014, watched this place grow. I asked a few times why no healthy foods section? Within a year, they added it. My go to grocer for weekly shopping. They offer extra military discount on Mondays and Tuesdays as well. Great job!

Conveniently located for people residing in the Seven Oaks community. Item selection is average and prices are a bit on the high side. The doughnuts sold here, however, are significantly better than those sold down the street at Duncan Doughnuts.

I tries to get the meat department to order me a Breast of veal three times, they kept telling me it was order, of course it was never order. We need a better supermarket in Seven Oaks, one that caters to the community...... Darlene

Not enough lines open, esp the weekends, store is clean meat had great deals, catch sale items and military appreciation days, otherwise store can be exspensive depending on what you buy, and produce is pretty fresh.
