We received our order fast, but we were shocked at the poor quality and taste. The oil used to cook the food tasted weeks old. We are wondering when was the last time it may have been changed. All three of our dishes tasted EXACTLY the same. Disgusting. I have displayed a picture of the "pad thai" that was sold to me. There are broad noodles, two bean sprouts, and a whole bunch of vegetables that have no business in pad thai. Like baby corn and snow peas. I called and they tell me "this is how they do pad thai" in their restaurant. There was NO LIME NO PEANUTS NO FISH SAUCE NO TOFU NO FLAVOR. The same can be said about the chicken "teriyaki" that we ordered as an appetizer. It was a bunch of deep fried chicken on a stick. There was no teriyaki, no seasoning. Just bread crumbs. The woman on the phone says "we dont make our chicken teriyaki with sauce". I said "whaaaaaaaat?" Why is it called teriyaki if it is fried chicken on a stick? Worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. Sorry guys. But its true. All the food tasted old, flavorless, and filled with oil.

Wish I could give them 4.5 stars. Sometimes they are spectacular (especially fried rice and sushi) but other times they are just ok. Better eating in than take-out. Dont understand why they are usually pretty empty, even on Friday or Saturday nights. Noticed that food and service seem to take quite a dive when there are more than a couple of tables full. Overall one of the best chinese restaurants in the Columbia/Ellicott City area. UPDATE: Weve been coming here for over a year and family agrees that this place has some of the best chinese and sushi around. Their sushi is always fresh; good choices great prices. Place is large enough to bring large groups. This place deserves 5 stars.

The place is very nice inside. Also virtually empty and I cant figure out why. It has beautiful carved wood scenes and lovely decor plus the staff is friendly and the food is really good. Husband tried the sushi for the first time last weekend, not expecting beyond OK, but said it was incredible: larger than normal portions, and very tasty. He kept saying Mmmmm! I dont know the history, perhaps it has improved or something, but we have gone 5 or 6 times this year and have not been disappointed yet.

They have many "Best of Take-out" awards, but the best kept secret is, its even better fresh! Weve been regulars since 1993 & hold every other Asian up to this one. Friendly family service, all white-meat chicken in the dishes, not over breaded, excellent sauces, fresh vegetables. If you dont see what you want on the menu, just ask & they can put it together for you! Natives come for family occasions & get a menu I cant read. And theyre redecorating!

We have dined in once. The Peking duck was fatty (more so than usual), and fell apart to mush in my mouth (maybe a feature, rather than a bug, but I didnt think so). Our other food was okay. I have never seen more than 10 patrons in this establishment at one time. Their take-out, however, is great. Hot food, prepared to-order every time. I guess this is why they are still in business.

I love this restaurant and order from it often. The space is really nice, usually quiet, and the service is excellent. The various options weve tried are all fantastic (my favorite is the mu shu pork). They also have really good sushi; I like it better than the sushi offered at the next-door Japanese/Hibachi restaurant. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Chinese food and sushi. The decor is inviting, and your order comes out very quickly. I especially like the fact that they work with you if you want substitutions or special orders. Oh, and there are some good vegetarian dishes there, too!

This place sucks... ordered food for deluvery 1 hour later called to be told order was on its way about 20 min later called again to find order not rexd oerson got rude on phone and hung up on me..never again will we use this place

Ordered food for delivery on a Wednesday. 60 minutes after the order was placed, I was assured itd arrive 5 minutes later. 90 minutes after the order was, it was to be another 5 minutes until it arrived. The food never arrived.

The food is really good. Their Chinese food seems to be less sweet than most Americanized Chinese places, which is a huge positive. The sushi is always wonderful and fresh.
