Fantastic customer service, but inadequate menu descriptions that required that customer service. We ordered chow mein expecting to get a dish with noodles in it. Instead, we got a dish with everything except the noodles (meat, veggies, sauce). I called to complain that they got the order wrong, and the manager insisted that the fried dumplings included with the order (those crunchy strips that come with soup) was chow mein. Ive never before ordered chow mein and received veggies and fried dumplings, and I dont believe anyone other than Shen Yang would call this combination "chow mein." However, an hour later, the we were delivered a free order of Shen Yangs lo mein, which was the closest thing on the menu to what most people would call chow mein. We didnt ask for a free order; I had only expressed disappointment at what they called "chow mein." Very impressed with the effor they went to to guarantee customer satisfaction, but will definitely be making sure to clarify what is in the order if I order in the future from Shen Yang.

i just now called and made a big order for me and my family. the so called "manager" hung up on me before i could tell her i was paying with a card, didnt tell me how long it would take, or asked if i needed any sauce or sticks!!! I called back, grantged she knew my order but still had attitude. When i told her what my issues were she didnt want to hear them untile i told her i was paying with a card. Funny how then she wanted my card number ande cared what i had to say, i then cancelled my order. She was the most rude person/manager i have ever talked to for a food order in my life and i am 43. i will never call this place again, they are a waste of time!

Had lunch here everyday! Started to notice the onions were not fresh. No big deal. Yesterday I ordered and my food had rotting bell peppers. being in a rush to get back to work I huffed down my food without looking closely. At end of my meal , when you fork around to get the last good bits noticed a pepper with four huge mildew spots. On the toilet for fourth time this morning! Wont be back again!

Im very picky when it comes to Chinese food. This place is simply perfect. Not too greasy, but not dry either. Everything Ive ever ordered from here tastes fantastic. The people are very nice and the price is reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend the dumplings (whatever they use as a filling is unbeatable) and sesame chicken.

The food is bland, generic and below average American style "Chinese" food. Id consider it bad if it was located in a rural mid west town. Delivery was over 30 minutes late. 1 star is being generous

The food is cheap, but the pork was bloody, with a very fishy smell. Following the food, had a bad reaction and had to throw up. Absolutely not recommended, watch out for meat quality.
