Terrible! Last night we ordered a salad and two strombolis. After 45 minutes we called to check on our order and the owner said that the delivery person had left the restaurant 15 minutes prior to deliver our food (We like 3 minutes down 301), he finally arrived 20 minutes after he had left the restaurant. When our food arrived it wasnt even the right order. What was supposed to be the Chicken Stromboli had some type of greasy shaved red meat. I called the restaurant and let them know that my order was wrong and that the delivery took a ridiculous amount of time. I was informed that the delivery person had stopped for gas, good thing my food could sit in the car while he ran his errand. The owner offered to remake my order and have it to me in 15 minutes....20 minutes later (without dinner) I called to cancel my Stromboli order and to have it taken off of my check. I had to argue with the owner to have him reimburse me for the one stromboli. The delivery boy must have been en route because he showed up. I gave him the greasy shaved meat stromboli and sent him back with the corrected one as well. Tonight I received a phone call from Red Zone asking for my credit card information over the telephone because he had cancelled the whole payment instead of modifying it. The owner didnt call me but had his employee speak to me while he told her what to say in the background...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I dont give my credit card information over the phone so he asked me to drive in and give him cash. Poor business practices all around. Oh yeah, and the food that they did get right was greasy, the ingredients tasted old, and the salad was a lot of iceberg lettuce with stale croutons. Needless to say, I will NOT be ordering from here ever again.

The food was good but the service was terrible the waitress brittney didnt even have a pen to take our order and she got the order wrong because she didnt have a pen. This was my first time here and it upset me that my order was wrong and there was no heat..also didnt check on us while we ate..my cup was empty for at least 10 min...need better waitresses

I often order and I just ordered tonight, they seemed really busy when I called and delivery took a little longer then usual, It was raining really hard when they delivered my food, so Im not surprised it took a little longer, safety first! But food was great and staff courteous! Will definitely continue to order food for my family from here.

Ive always enjoyed their pizza but apparently i waant worthy of being served today. Stood at an empty counter while employees had a conversation in the back. Even once they noticed i was standing there they still did not give me service so I left. Wont be a next time for them. Ill take my money down the street to colesseum

Red zone does a great job! Foods always good, drivers always smiling and their managers do a great job. My only complaint is id love if i got my marinara when i order it lol thankfully i work in the food industry and know no one is perfect! Good job guys! Keep up the good work.

I have ordered takeout here many times so my review is based only on the food. I have enjoyed their quality pizza every time. We have had the standard fare of pepperoni or extra cheese but we have also ordered more unusual combos of toppings and found it all very good.
