When we ordered our food was told onion rings would only be three minutes. If not I would have. Been more then happy to order something else. Well we ended up waiting 24 minutes for those onion rings. I was im drive thru. When I finally went in i was totally ignored for over 5 minutes until my husband came into check on me. I got this sad story about how they forgot then it was they just came out. The only thing they offered was a cold apple pie to fix the problem. But when we got home all my food was hot but yet those darn onion rings were cold as can be so I know they had been out awhile. Will not return to that store. Would give zero stars if I could.

Food has always been right on spot, always fresh and hot. service people are always polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about their menu items. I did experience a unfortunate experience acouple of weeks ago, while using the drive thru, a very unfriendly experience . after not wanting to argue with employee, I left and went to their competition. I did contact the restaurant later about the incident, and I was quickly called by management and this matter was taken care very quick. Way to run your store by staying on top of things. They have gained my business and respect back again . Hats off to the staff of CAMBRIDGE Md. Popeyes!!

Just visited there and waited 10 mins for the person in front to be able to place their order I finally got up the the window and was told to hold on 3 times where I waited another 10-15 minutes and finally just drove off. This place is a joke now.

Been in the drive through about 30 minutes waiting on boneless wings, now maybe they got to run the chickens down. Then offer a pie for the wait, there wait was 30 minutes or more. I will be writing this one in fo sure.

Waited 20+ minutes for food then they didnt have the sides or desserts we wanted, other customer waited over 30 min. There were only two people ahead of us.manager didnt even apologize for the wait.
