This Popeyes is absolutely awful. Every time I go to the drive-through and get the same thing they always forget either the Friday or the mashed potatoes, they forget the sauce. My food is usually Luke warm. If you have the option to go to this one or the one down in Lexington Park… Go to the one in Lexington Park. By third gate for the base. This Popeyes is just awful. I hate being on my lunch break.. paying for my food. Then getting back to work. And be missing the food. I cant go back out and check it. Yeah sure.. I should have checked it in line. But I ordered 3 meals.. I SHOULDNT have to check them.

Food is terrible here from the chicken tenders breading being soggy,to the biscuits being covered in a layer of salt- ordered chicken the other night and none of it was cooked all the way through,nothing but pink-yuck! Go the extra couple miles to the Great Mills Road location for COOKED food & great customer service (unlike here where they were rude as I placed my order and then yelling at eachother ,playing on their phones-etc)

I would give them NO STARS if I could. I am sick and tired of getting the wrong order from this place. They either forget to give you something you order or give you the wrong order altogether . By the time you get home and find out it would cost more in gas to go back to get the right order. Can you tell I AM PISSED? GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PEOPLE.

Horribly slow service. When I finally got to the counter, I stood there over 5 minutes watching the clerk AND manager go back and forth in front of me and they never even acknowledged me. I finally gave up and went to the store in Lexington Park. I had quick friendly service and they apologized profusely for what the OTHER store had done!

I tried to call ahead to ask about a coupon and no one would answer the phone. I called 3 separate times, so I just drove up there through the drive through, thankfully they took my coupon but I had at 17 minute wait. the food was fresh tho so thats good.

Orders from the drive through are always messed up and servers give you an attitude as soon as you walk in. Just go an extra few miles to the one in great mills, theyll treat you better.

Its clean. The trainee that took my order messed up but as soon as I told the manager she fixed the issue and a little extra for the trouble. Ill be back to see if its any better
