This place is a hidden gem! Let me start by saying I tried to go to this place last Saturday evening and they had run out of dough. Im not sure who is in charge here, but that man let me know in the most courteous of ways they were out of dough that night. The hunger monster inside of me was very upset because I had my heart set on pizza. I later realized they must be doing great business to run out of dough on the weekend. The gentleman politely invited me to come back the next day. Having now went, I can say without a doubt this is one of the best pizza places you can go to. The staff is courteous and friendly, everything was ready fast! Ive seen a lot of people complaining about the prices of beer here. My personal observation was that this is clearly a smaller franchise that doesnt have the ability to necessarily get beer for as cheap of prices as some larger taverns/pubs etc etc. With that being said I was able to get a tasty draft today for $1 so its very clear that they change and update what kinds of beer and the prices of those beers very often. All in all, I dont see how anybody that is a fan of good pizza wouldnt like this place! Keep doing what youre doing Heavens, youve definetly got a loyal customer here!

Fantastic pizza, and a fantastic beer selection... something that Hampton Roads needs. My only complaint is that the beers are far over priced. Pizza prices are very fair, especially considering the quality of pie, but the price of beer bugs me. A place like this should be there because of the owners love for good beer. Do it for the love of beer and for the love of good pizza, do it for profit... because thats the ever essential point of business, but dont do it in attempt to retire off of every good beer and good pizza loving soul that walks through the door. An average of $7-$8 per draft is just too hard to swallow (pun intended). Itll be a maybe once or twice a year place for me... when family and friends visit. A shame, because I REALLY wanted to love this place.

Service was great. Atmosphere is extremely friendly. Its more like hanging out with friends than going to some restaurants. Food and beverages were excellent. One of the best experiences out that I have had in a long time. The chicken tacos and the guacamole and chips were generous proportions and quick to the table. Best night out I have had in a long time. Pricing is great for the amount you get and the quality of the service. The menu has great variety for various tastes. The hard apple cider smooth. Recommend it very strongly. You need to check this out of the way place out...are you here yet?

Hands down.. best pizza on the peninsula. I am hard to please when it comes to pizza, these guys have a crisp-bubbly crust, fresh home made sauce and ingredients. It makes for one tasty pie. Also, They have micro-brews on tap. They are constantly rotated so you can sample a new one every visit. Cant go wrong with this place. Place it tiny though so be prepared to wait for a seat if its busy.

Staff is not very helpful. They havent updated their online menu in over a year, so dont try to get anything you see on their Facebook or website. When I called they just told me I must be looking at an old menu and offered no further assistance. It seems they are under poor management. The one pizza I did order was decent but it was painful figuring out what they felt like cooking that day.

The beer selection is great, and the staff is friendly. The pizza is good, but overpriced. Going for a beer and a slice with a buddy, and you wont go wrong here. If you are taking the whole family out, it is very easy to blow the budget with not a lot of toppings.

Great spot near the beach with several delicious beers on tap (St George, Devils Backbone, etc) - and hand tossed thin crust pies! Really nice spot to chill and get out of the heat. New patio opening out back in the shade! NY style at its best!

This place makes great pizza and has a nice, local ambiance. Everyone is super friendly and knows each other lol, so its nice to visit a place with a sense of community. Also, really interesting tap beers and you can BYOW with a cooking fee.

Great local place. Decent craft beer selection on draft, awesome pizza. Small interior - can get hot in the summer, but theres a patio out back, and its a short walk to the beach (though you cant bring beer off premises).

Good pizza and a good beer selection. Little high on the prices of there specialty pizza. Great local vibe from the people and the place. Seating is TIGHT as I think they can seat about 20 total including the bar.
