Was not happy with experience. Starting with hostess, who was rude. Placed our name on list and told them we would be in the bar waiting. She even put a note on paper saying so. We were told a 10-15 minute wait, which was fine. After sitting in the bar for about 20 minutes, we went to check on our seating. The hostess said she called our name 5 times. 1st...NO she didnt. 2nd... The bar was not crowded at all, so had she come in, she would have seen us and could have easily came over to inform us. After about another 10 minutes, we were finally seated. Waitress took our order. Could not tell us if tea was sweet or not. Also asked twice for chopsticks. Had to ask another hostess for a third time, which she did bring promptly. Chef was okay. Not very entertaining. Food was okay. After the meal, used restroom. Had I used the restroom first, we probably would NOT have stayed. Floors were wet with either water or urine and toilet paper laying on floor with blood on it. DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK!!

First time Here. We came in and there was no body in the front to set us. We kept waiting and an customer came out and I asked her did she know if some was suppose to be here . She went back in asked for us to be helped. We were seated. So since we were really hungry we ordered appetitizers. We waited a bit for them. There were ppl already seated. They had been there. It was a long time waiting for all. The waitress ask if they wanted appetizers since they waited. My point being it was rude that we waited too and had to pay for ours. I thought the food was excellent and plenty if it. Had to take home. My point is we surely dont mind paying because we wanted to try your restaurant. Yet we waited as well. I would rate you a 5 if I was talking about Markie..he is awesome.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!! It was on a Saturday so I called ahead for reservations for a party of 6. Arrived at 6:00 and we were seated after a 5 minute wait. The service was spot on. The waitress was efficient and gracious. The chef was skilled, personable and entertaining. The food was delicious. Its on the pricey side compared to other area restaurants, but considering it comes with a show, its worth it. It was the best dining out experience that we have had in a long time. My son had been there before but it was my wifes and my first time. We will be going again.

Had dinner with my husband here last night and it was great. We sat on the bar side, not at the tables where the food is cooked in front of you, for a little more privacy. Anyway, our server was Mae. She was wonderful. Very pleasant and attentive. Great personality. I asked her to recommend a drink I might enjoy. Something sweet. She made up a lemonade thing that was sooo good. The food tasted good. One complaint, my noodles were a little cold but the flavor was good and the rest of our food was great. But for the noodles, this would have been a 5 star rating.

I have ate here more than 5 times previous. Today is the last time i will eat there . The meal was the worst, not exaggerating. I would have rather walked down the street to bonefish or chevys. Very bland and semi burnt. After talking to management they were more concerned with talking to the chef like that was going to change anything. Terrible place. Even the salad dressing that i loved was watered down also the yummy sauce. I got the vibe like they hurting trying to stretch everything. Worst 100$ ever spent to date.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. First we had to wait longer than was required and the hostess seated other people before us. Once we were seated we sat there no one came to take our order. The table next to was seated and someone came out out waited on them and we were still sitting there. We finally got up and left. It deserves less than a one.

Each experience is different, but always fun. Music is playing, football is on the screens and there is always enough seating for everyone. Staff is cool and happy. Its cozy! The sushi is always fresh and the appetizers are always good. The entrées are too pricy for my taste, but to each his / her own. I personally go for the sushi, plus the great atmosphere.

We dined in the bar area. This was my first visit to this establishment. Ashley played the role as server and bartender. She did excellent. Drinks were made to perfection. Food was good. My steak was slightly over cooked, but nothing to complain about. We will be back but only when Ashley is behind that bar. Great job Ashley. Thanks again.

It was OK my 1st time going a friend told me about it,I want be pressed ta go back due at the fact the the workers dont listen ta you,an they look at you an determine on if you have $ or not, I aked 4 a drink an I had to send it back twice then the bartender got mad,so I was like duck this an I left,This was on my Birthday too crazy.

If I could put a number to the service it would be in the negative. We just left here hungry, my friend ordered sushi appetizer (warm) which came after the meal which we waited for an hour that was cold had the Waiter laugh at her for asking more juice in the mai tai because it was awfully strong. Never going back!

I like the food & atmosphere, waiters & waitresses are professional, only thing is that the restaurant hurts the bartenders by having the gratuity taken out of the bill for one person, I would have tip them better than having it come out my bill already, they need to change that policy..

Stopped in to have a drink at the bar tonight. Waited 20 minutes watching a football game. The bartenders walked past me several times without acknowledging me, one even grabbed napkins from the holder in front of me. Took my money and tips to Bonefish where the service is always great!

I love this place! We had a big party and was provided with excellent service from the time we walked in the door. Our chef and servers were so friendly. I loved the atmosphere and the food was so good. The restaurant was also very cleanand neat. I will be back!

This place has good quality food and it doesnt get overcrowded. The food is better than Sakura. I wouldve gave 5 stars, but instead I give 4 stars since the cook seemed like he didnt want to put on a show.. He just rushed to cook the food so he can leave.

Super slow service. Tables were dirty. Sushi wasnt anything amazing. Food took forever to come out, even the appetizers. Only got half the items ordered and they didnt come out in the order I asked for. Servers really needed to wear more clothes...

The food was ok, took a while to get the drinks...the drink was strong and yummy. The hibachi cooks are not very entertaining as lots of other places. The stalls in the bathroom were not very clean, but the sink area was nice with towels.
