This Chipotle is usually pretty bad. The lines are usually long because the staff seems to be poorly trained or just dont care. The cleanliness and presentation leaves something to be desired. Youre almost guaranteed to get some cross contamination. Want mild salsa? Youre almost certainly getting some corn with it. Today was probably the worst experience Ive had. Unfortunately, its the only chipotle thats really close to me so its the one I usually go to. I got there at like 3:30. Waited in line for like ten minutes (no big deal). When I got to the counter I was ignored for another few minutes as they prepared 2 online orders, kind of irritating but I get it, at least say "hi" or "well be right with you." Ordered my food and waited at the topping section with no one in front of me for no reason other than the employee that was working there just left to go in the back. The worst part was checkout. I sat in front of the register for 3 minutes with no employee there. She just left, came back, left, came back and attended to an online order, ALL WITHOUT EVEN A WORD OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. I shouldve just taken the burrito and walked out. Not like any of them wouldve cared. The manager on duty, I believe the red haired girl, doesnt appear to care about any of it. Shes just as apathetic as everyone else in there.

I am disappointed with the service I received today at the Bel Air, MD location. I waited in line for 28 mins which is asinine and unacceptable. There were two people working the line initially, excluding the one manning the cash register, until a 3rd person showed up about 20 mins into my wait. You could tell they were trying to fill online orders and that is what was holding up the line. Which almost makes me want to cut some slack here however, they were filling orders that were placed online, only after the person came to pick up the order. Meaning after placing their order online they STILL had to wait to get their food, I felt bad for them. This isnt even the first time this month that Ive experienced this. Then when I finally started eating, my corn was FROZEN and some chunks of rice were mushy. This isnt the first time the corn has been frozen. Your system is broken and it is going to turn people away.

We had to wait about 45 minutes in line. The downfall is all of the on line ordering. People in line are angry for waiting so long. People who ordered ahead are angry as their food is not ready when they arrive to pick up. On this particular night some obnoxious woman entered the restaurant yelling that she would pay $20.00 to bud in line. She kept on yelling when finally a woman let her bud in front of her but would not take her money. Unfortunately some of the other people in line werent having it. Things escalated and the original obnoxious woman left but her male friend stayed and he ended up budding in line. The police were eventually called and the incident was reported . The point is that with the popularity of ordering ahead, and the already long lines, I think these road rage type incidents will become more frequent. Dont get me wrong... the food is tasty but is it worth the wait???

When this location first opened, it was wonderful...professional management, employees, and amazing food. Now, it is one of the most disgusting restaurants(and Im being generous here) in Bel Air. Im almost certain that you must have facial jewelry everywhere as a prerequisite of hire, a "I could care less and have no motivation to actually work" attitude, and most importantly, have a complete disdain for people in general. If all that sounds appealing, then Chipotle in Bel Air is the place for you! Bon Appetit...lucky for you, there is an urgent care right around the corner to help with the potential food poisoning that you have a good chance of getting from undercooked meat and unsanitary food prep. Oh, and bring your own t.p, hand soap, and Lysol wipes for the dirty tables and inadequately stocked restrooms. My guess is this Chipotle is on borrowed time.

Used to go to this chipotle once, if not twice a week. But in the past year or so it really has gone downhill. The service is terribly slow, even when its not busy. Many of the employees are very rude. The food is not cooked as well as it used to be and is just not as flavorful as it has been in the past, or is too cold to be enjoyable. My latest experience totally turned me off to this chipotle. The service was slow as usual. When I thanked the cashier, she responded by throwing the receipt down on the counter and walking away. The water I got tasted like straight up pool water. The chicken was flavorless and the salsa far too cold and watery. Its a shame because this truly used to be my favorite place to eat.

I used to come here once or twice a week for my Chipotle fix since I love their food. But seriously this location has had a serious decline in decent customer service and overall experience in the last year. Its like theyve decided to hire the slowest, rudest workers they could find. I was there the other day and 2 of the employees couldnt figure out how to put the burrito together and the girl who was supposed to be working the register decided that it would be a good time to stock napkins while there was 30 people waiting in line. And this has been the general experience every time Ive been there for months now. Im so disappointed.

Went there last night and with as much staff as they had, there were 5-7 of us waiting just to pay for our food. The little girl working the register was constantly leaving to check on the online orders in the back. Which is somewhat understandable but I would think someone else could have done it considering how long the line was and how cold the food got just sitting there on the counter wrapped up and waiting to be bagged. Then she had the audacity to carry on a conversation with some boy she knew/found attractive. Surely, late night rush with over 20 people in line isnt the time to carry on personal conversations? Appalling.

Food is consistent with Chipotle quality and standards. However they are SLOOW. Arrived at 3PM expecing them to be less busy off peak hours. This was not the case. The line was back to the door. There is no problem seating however, because the time you get your food the people who were at the front of the line when you arrived have finished their meals and left. By the time I left, an hour later, the line was STILL all they way up to the door. I have never been to a Chipotle that was this inefficient at keeping the line moving. The food was good, nothing wrong with the food. Standard Chipotle fare.

Walked in with my boyfriend on a Sunday afternoon at 2 oclock. There were only 6 people in line ahead of us, and 3 of them had already had their orders started. It took us 20 minutes to order, pay for, and receive our food. While getting our drinks we noticed that EVERY trash can was over flowing with garbage. We had to pick out the LEAST DIRTY table to sit at. We were very disappointed by the poor service and lack of cleanliness. The good news is, after looking at the receipt, that the vapid employee behind the register neglected to charge us for our guacamole and double meat. Thanks!
