I really try to like fishbone but they just wont let me. Went on a Saturday and had 3pm reservations. I check the specials earlier in the day and found a couple interesting things. Was told by our sever Nicole that specials were not available till after 4pm. No were on the web site does it say this. As a disclaimer if it was my choice of places to dine I wouldnt even have fishbone on my list. We live in Maryland with to many local owned seafood restaurants that do much better but in-laws wanted fishbone. The food we did get lacked taste and the price for chain seafood is over priced. Even the service was lack luster after i asked and was refused the specials.

I was pleasantly surprised to have had a memorable meal that will continue to put a smile on my face for days to come. While the service was a bit on the slow side, the food was good enough to override any negative impact that the inattentive waitress might have caused. Wagyu beef and ginger dumplings were hot and full of complex flavors. My pretzel encrusted tuna was rare and melted in my mouth like the best sushi. My companions lobster tails accompanied by heated butter were satisfying and because they were one of the specials of the day, they were even a good value. All in all, despite being a chain they really provided a wonderful dining experience.

The server Brandon was nice, and got the order correct and to us within a reasonable time. Seating was rather quick this evening,(rare without reservations, but was a Wed) although we were seated right next to the door and it was below freezing weather, so the chill coming from the door was quite unpleasant. I ordered the dinner portion of the Norwegian salmon but received lunch portion and my mash potatoes were cold. Food was delicious but a bit burnt on ends of the salmon. Im a regular at the Bonefish chain and frequent this location as well, but tonight only gets a 3 rating; because I know they could do better.

Every time I have been here there has always been a very long wait for a table. And then an even longer wait for food. Speaking of which, the food, while never bad, is way over priced!! the same food is at least $10 cheaper anywhere else and tastes just as good. The decor is very obviously catering to people who have too much money to care about the over-priced food. ie Douchebags, bros, ironic hipsters, and other people you loved to hate from High School because they look down on everyone that were not like them. Which hey, is exactly the kind of people you find dining and working here!!

I visited for the first time for Fathers Day. The restaurant was attractive and the service was excellent. The basic fare, such as crab cakes and filet were good. Unfortunately, I tried the arctic char special. The fish is so mild that the orange glaze overpowered it, rendering it almost inedible. Too much orange! I was disappointed because Bel Air is full of boring restaurants and I was happy to try a place with a slightly more upscale menu but my entree was a big disappointment. However, the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer was great. I would go back and give them a second try.

Made a reservation over the phone and asked about birthday specials, as it was my husbands birthday. Told he would get the special candle on a brownie after our meal. Arrived on time and had to wait. Others got seated before us despite the reservations. Had to complain in order to get a seat, which was available after all. Reminded staff about the birthday surprise. Told yes, and staff member would tell our waiter. Had an enjoyable meal, but no birthday surprise. And I had reminded them. Complained to manager. He invited me to come back. Really?

Great restaurant. Even when the waiter made a tiny mistake he made up for it. Me & my @the time fiancée went to anniversary dinner. We made 1 order of the 2 lobster tails dinner to split. When the food came it was 2 lobster tail dinners. At which point he mustve heard me talking to my fiancee about how I was worried about the cost. (The whole reason we asked to split 1 meal) at the end we were only charged for 1 meal, no questions asked.

The waitress was unattentive, rude, and it took my b/f and I 2 hours just to finish with all the food and drinks (The service was slow). This was on a Saturday night! I do not care if our waitress was pregnant and the place was busy, step it up! Every other restaurant we have been to on a Saturday waiter and waitresses have been attentive, fast, and friendly. If you are in a rush or really hungry, I would not go there.

Go to this place all the time and it is great. Love the food. Tonight they had trouble getting the food out. It took a lot longer. To our surprised, they comped the whole bill. $190 worth of food. Then gave us a couple of gift certificates for next time. I dont think I have ever see a restaurant do that. Very impressive

If I were rating on service alone I would give 5 stars. Our server was fabulous and Erica the restaurant manager was amazing. The kitchen was clearly having a rough night and our food was far from decent- the staff handled the situation beautifully and we will definitely go back! Oh and the Fall Apple Martinis were incredible.

Have been here numerous times and have yet to have a bad experience. The food has always been great and served in a timely manner. The waiters and waitresses are also top-notch. Ive gone twice with a disabled friend, and theyve gone above and beyond to accommodate him both times.

Made online reservations, showed up checked in got our pager. After 45mins, people coming in after us and being seated, I went up to ask what was going on, told I was next. 5 more people called. Left horrible service, heard Manger comping meals left and right.

As usual, the food was just ok. Its almost as if the constantly rotating menu means they cant perfect an item. The Maryland crab cakes were underwhelming for someone from Maryland and the crab fried rice tasted like it had an entire onion in it.

Love, love, love! Cant say it enough! So glad BelAir is catching up with the times:) Food is excellent, drinks are perfect, prices are reasonable. Coupons are a great way to keep us coming back, thank you for the anniversary gift card!

Cold food and slow service. On three occasions our meals were either cold, tasteless or both. It seems the kitchen staff is not stable and turnover I high. Additionally the menu has not been updated in years and is tired. ,

the food wasnt great. bacon was undercooked, cold leathery and limp, fries were soggy and not crisp at all. quality/cost ratio was poor, the quality of food we got was only worth half the price.
