We went here about once a month when they first opened. The food and service was great. Then it started to go down hill. The last time that we went will be the absolute last time ever. !st strike-, we went and there was no more of the blueberry martini, which was the special. No big deal. But the waitress waited until our meal was ready (as we sat drinkless for 15 minutes) before she told us. The kids spaghetti that my friends daughter ordered (like every time she goes)had so much garlic in it made our eyes water. So we sent it back and she got plain noodles instead. Not happy. 2nd strike The next time went (same group) The daughter ordered chicken tenders w/ff instead and was given 6 fries on her plate. When we complained about the fries, the watiress borught out more AND CHARGED US FOR THE SIDE! The bang bang shrimp order was half the size and they now charged more for it. Also - cappacino was ordered and the machine was broken. Again, the waitress didn;t tell us untell the food was brought out, and the hubby remained drinkless for at least 15 minutes. 3rd time, my friend ordered the special, which apparently they were out of. But instead of telling us, the waitress brought out another item then proceeded to tell my friend that was what she ordered. After I told her to take it away to bring us what was on the menu, she took it to the manager, and brought over another special menu which was different from the first one and told her that was what she ordered. 5 minutes later, the manager brings her the first plate BACK to the table and says, This is what the special is, is this OK? I said NO. Not only is it NOT correct, but youve been walking around here with it for 5 minutes! By the time they got her food right, we had all already finished ours and she had ti wrapped to go. NO MORE BONE FISH FOR ME!

I made reservations ahead of time. So, after working a long 12 hours I expected to take my wife out for a great Mothers Day dinner. She had a rough day as well, so I was sure this would cheer her up. Unfortunately, even after arriving 20 minutes earlier than the reservation, we waited another 35 minutes after the reservation time (55 minutes) to be seated.... on a rickety table with folding plastic chairs youd find in the high school gymnasium or cafeteria. We sat underneath a tent with fake battery operated candles, and the service was extremely slow even near closing time. We spent more than 2 hours there. With that said, Bonefish Grill has ALWAYS had great food. This was a fluke of a night for us. Service has never been so poor. This is actually one of our favorite restaurants (hence a planned evening for Mothers Day), and the service is almost always on par or better than your average restaurant. I have to say that tonight was very disappointing, and my wifes evening was not all that improved after tonights experience, but this one time will not deter us from coming back. The food is just THAT good. Besides, everyone is entitled to mistakes once in awhile...and this was the first one from Bonefish Grill that we have ever witnessed in all the years weve been coming.

After spending 91.00 plus tip last night for dinner, I had to go home and COOK DINNER!!! Ive never been to a restaurant that couldnt even do Veggies right...We went years ago and it was great. Last night only a few things out of an appetizer and 3 entrees was even edible. The spinach was soaked in oil &vinegar and was so over cooked it was like soup, where the green beans were oily and barely cooked at all. I love raw green beans but these were oddly chewy and under cooked. This outrageously expensive Truffle mac an cheese that was the only Vegetarian item i could find was horrible! I can only say the bang bang shrimp were edible everything else seemed like left overs from days ago that were reheated. Side note: youd think the waitress would say is something wrong ? When NOONE is eating the food!!! Nope....not her. Nothing...

Great dinner! I was pleased with the variety on the menu and the flavors in everything indicated attention to detail. This is a place you would go to for good food, not for a special dining experience. The wait staff was friendly and did the job. The menu covered seafood and everything else. While I didnt try them, they also offered bowl entrees with some great looking combinations. This is not just a seafood place, plenty of options. The food had a fresh quality to it and the seasonings provided unique flavors, nothing overpowering or bizarre. Ill go again and try something different to see what else I might find.

We stopped here the first time on the recommendation of a friend. We had a wonderful meal with wonderful service! We have since made Bonefish in Glen Burnie a regular stop for the delicious Bang-Bang Shrimp and outstanding drinks at the bar. The people who work there are wonderful and really make the trip worthwhile! Manny,& Adam, Brandy, Joe, Mary Jo, Caroline and Gary just to name a few! These are just some of the Superstars that are not happy until you are happy! Good Food and Good People...especially if you want to go where everybody knows your name! Tell them Smitty sent you! Cheers!

The food is amazing, the staff is super friendly. I try to only go when Doug is working. He has a great personality, and makes the drinks with PERFECTION!! Not too strong, not too watered down. You would think he measures the contents - perfect every time. Not to mention, I feel like I have known him all my life, hes so easy to talk to and made me feel really welcomed. The food is always on time, and always right (and delicious). The whole place is super clean, you could go through the bathroom with a white glove. I would highly recommend. Call and ask when Doug will be in!

The AHI was mushy and gross. I ordered a perfect VO Manhattan but it came back with way too much Vermouth. Even though the Bang Bang shrimp was awesome the drinks were junk and so was the ahi. The bill was too high and the management was over cautious when it came to ordering my last drink. In fact my last Manhattan was mostly sweet vermouth and no VO. They certainly charge me for the VO but did not giveit to me in my drink. Unacceptable! Not worth going to!

Me and my wife have had mixed service here. Some visits have been great with fast service and good food. Other times we have been seated and left to sit for almost 20 minutes before even getting water. Staff is a mixed bag as well. Have witnessed a heated argument in the kitchen between a two staff members. We still go there because we have had a lot more good experiences then bad and the food is good.

Love this place but Feel differently now. Reserved a booth since they cram everyone into the middle in the tables, show up on time, they sit us at the tables. We say we reserved a booth, they say sorry we dont have any. We sit at the cramed tables... Each month we go here less and less. Raw steak one time, stale beer another, now this. Dissapointed as I used to love bonefish
