YUCKY!!!!! OMG PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE EVER!!! SO GROSS & DISGUSTING!!! This was my 1st experience at TB, ONly b/c my fave New China HOuse was closed. I ordered the CHESAPEAKe (real CRAB states on menu) SUSHI ROLL. General Tsos chicken, Crab Wontons, Egg Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, price was over $50!! (pricey we thought, but the kids and wife were starving- so! $8 tip - he walked away without gv me ANY change and no english" he said?? ok!??? WTF WELL..the driver was sweating profusely, stinking of underarms, but del was only 25 min so i t was fine. EVERYTHING was sooo GREASY & OVERPOWERED with OLD BAD FISH SMELL !! YUCK, the bottom of the plastic bag was dripping GREASE!! all over my floors and my dog wouldnt even lick it!!! There was NO CRAB barely in the sushi roll- it was minced fake fish my wife swore. Egg rolls were mushy and soaked in fish grease, smelled & tasted lk CHEAP CANNED tuna fish!! wontons we did NOT EVEN EAT- smelled lk sour cream! We packaged it up and called them- No answer- closed! I just now got off the phone with DANNY the owner, he said too bad- even though we HAD the entire uneaten meal (my wife froze cause the smell)!! My 10 yr old ate one bite of the mushed egg roll, and woke up with diarrhea 2 hours late!@ ( sorry). They have all OWNER WRITTEN REVIEWS on every site- I am not a vengeful person by any means- and I felt it waas my obligation to share this with other "hard working for their $$"--- families. Danny hung up on me and said NO REFUNDS- WE DO NOT REMAKE ANY FOOD EVER- FINAL SALE" that is the term he actually used on me!!! OMG PLEASE DO NOT EVEN ORDER FROM THEM- I now figured out why they are the ONLY RESTAURANT OPEN LATE for business- that is the ONLY way people eat their disgusting food!!!!!! pics to follow!!! as my proof! REVIEW OF OTHER REVIEWS Many complaints are explicitly due to service and unprofessionality. There is a suggested tip system on CNN (if you simply google "How much should I tip my driver") - this being said I generally tip 20% and round up to the nearest dollar, which I realize is a lot, however even on OrderUp an adequate gratitude is mandatory - basically, please dont give your driver a wimpy, or no tip at all. TIME OF ARRIVAL REVIEW Secondly, I have only experienced the delivery system through OrderUp. I typically check the clock to find a start-to-delivery time, which has really only been within 30-45 minutes at the most. I consider this extremely efficient due to our high traffic area around the Towson area. Now that timing has shined, the food. FOOD REVIEW I have not ordered a range of items, yet. The foods that weve ordered include shrimp egg rolls, hot & sour soup, cashew chicken, and a noodle dish my father had. All were extremely delicious, and have been for every time weve ordered (probably around 6 or 7 times) My father and I have tried most of the chinese take-out/delivery chinese restaurants, however we stumbled upon Towson Best because we were looking for authenticity. I discovered my world history teacher had lived in China for a number of months. I quickly followed this information up with "Where is the best Chinese food?" to which he responded "Honestly, the most accurate place (with the exception of vegetables, only because ours in America are safe to eat) to what Ive eaten in China, is Towson Best, that little place right near the circle." He really wasnt kidding, the food is honestly very good from what Ive tasted, the delivery service specifically is timely, and apparently, theyre exceptionally accurate!

By far the worst service I have ever dealt with. I was yelled at over the phone by one of their drivers because he could not find my address, and would not believe the address I was giving him. Once he finally found the building (already 20-30 minutes late) he called again and told me to come outside when he could actually see me through the window of the chain corporation building he refused to go into. I would have been okay with having to go out to his car (that he would not get out of) if it wasnt for the fact that I was working and wasnt supposed to leave the building. Once I got to him he got out of his car and crudely pointed to the building saying it wasnt a street address. It is. I can find it on google maps. Apparently I am supposed to be responsible for their bad sense of direction. The food isnt even good, and was cold. I will never order from here again. I would have made a complaint to the manager about how rude their driver was, but according to some other reviews the manager is just as rude. They are not the best, and not worth your time.

This is not the absolute BEST Chinese food Ive tasted. This Chinese food tastes good enough to do in a pinch. I never once had problems with the staff or tips. Often the delivery people speak very little English or speak no English at all. My shrimp fried rice is never greasy or gooey. My Pepper Steak is always good. The rice is well cooked and not sticky or clumpy. The people answering the phone are professional but they rush through your order. Towson Best uses heart healthy oils so they dont get the classic taste I like in my meals. Heart healthy oils are just plain nasty and there is no getting around it. I like traditional amaricanized versions of my Cantonese favorites cooked in all the unhealthy oils and fat that taste delicious. Yeah I know anything that has even a little taste is bad for you. Anything that tastes like cardboard and syrofoam dipped in excriment is good for you in more ways than can be counted. TOWSON BEST food is good as it can be given its cooked with healthy oils and methods that leave everything tasting like crap.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. 3 out of the last 4 times I ordered delivery I had an issue. Most recently, my order arrived 3 HOURS late. I called several times, and every time I called, instead of an apology, I got screamed at by the man on the phone - telling me I am impatient and selfish, and that a lot of people ordered food, not just me! 3 hours! I dont know a single person on this planet that would not complain. I then asked if it would be possible to receive a discount or refund for the inconvenience. SCREAMED at again. I then made the suggestion that if they got too overloaded, they should really stop taking delivery orders, or tell the customer that the wait will be 3 hours so they can decide whether they want to follow through with the order. Well, its a shame - because the food is good - but if you expect it to be delivered in the same day that you ordered it, you will be out of luck.

My girlfriend and I came here after a concert, and we got shumai with the kung pao chicken along with the TU roll and the Baltimore roll The service that we received was commendable to say the least; the shumai was perfectly consistent, the rolls were delicious, and the chicken was slightly dry but compensated for by the sauce In addition, our waitress was professional, but also friendly - she took the time to tell me what the characters on the menu meant (Im a Chinese minor and also a nerd), and then was happy to talk to us about college and the uptown scene, and THEN gave us both complimentary ice cream I dont really understand how the other comments could possibly apply to the same place we went to, maybe there was a change in management or something idk, but as a first-time customer Im really impressed, and intend to go back in the future
