Have anti-acid will travel. Rude pissy counter grandma. Seriously classic rudeness, commensurate with age? This little strip-mall joint does have one unique distinction: they offer the absolute most oily, greasy, fat saturated egg roll in North America. No kidding. You may have to swill peppermint schnapps all night to get this axle grease out of your gullet. I personally recommend waking the next morning with tomato juice, and following with grapefruit juice throughout the day just to normalize your stomach lining, unless youre accustomed to roadkill possum. Added extra bonus: Rude grandma encourages indoor, cash register overview panhandling by local bum she calls "Good Man".

I love this place... Irene is so friendly(always w/ a smile) and knows all the reg. customers by name. The food is great always fresh, make to order and fast. I will travel across town to come here. Great food, fair prices, and fun,sweet,happy attitude. Love it!!! The bad reviews on here are just pissy people who just need to find a reason to be haters, people who hate there selves and their life so they feel better putting others down and making their lifes misserable.

This had to be the worse custome=s ervice i have EVER experienced. The little old lady at the counter had to be the rudest person that i have encountered in a very long time...her attitude was horrible and she was very curt and impatient with the customers and to top it off my general chicken was very hard. I will NEVER return here again. Just because we live in what is considered to be the "hood" does not mean that we are to be treated like animals. Save your money

I literally just called this place to see if they did delivery since Ive never had food from them but was told that its a good place. Well when I called I spoke politely and the woman was very rude and disrespectful saying that they never deliver food and hung up in my ear. Didnt even give me a chance to say ok well Ill place my order and come pick it up... SMH never again

My experience was terrible , I called to ask a simple question the lady repeatedly hung up on me, so once I took a trip to the store and waited in line patiently for my order to be taken no one took my order until about 15min in time and they had bad customer service ,they were very rude and the food was far from worth the wait

The food is excellent. By far, the best Chinese food from Westside Market to Arbutus. Fresh ingredients, cooked to order and perfect portion sizes. The downside: the owner, Irene, is a bit rude. Also, take cash unless you want a hassle in paying for your food.
