This restaurant is not bike-friendly and can be rude. This noon, I wanted to purchase lunch for myself and my wife to eat outside with our dogs. They dont have outside service, so I went inside with my bike to order. I had a $3,700 Marin bike stolen outside from this same location when it was Bonapartes and was afraid to leave it outside when there was no place nearby to lock it down. Restaurant staff rudely told me to I had to put the bike outside. My bike is a $4,200 Horsetheif Mountain bike. No way was I going to risk it just to order a sandwich! The sandwiches at Ptangos are overpriced and not even close to the food that was there with Bonapartes. (I remember the almond croissant so fondly!) The former staff was friendly always. I will never be back again to this new place.

Got the dark chocolate with Expresso. It was pretty good. The barista was knowledgeable. The reason this place gets 4 instead of 5 stars is because it took a while for me to get service because the barista was chatting with what seemed like a frequent customer. Also, my friend and I had to clear the table before sitting, as no one working here bothered to clear or clean the space. In the south, tables are usually cleared and cleaned in between customers. Im wondering if this is not commonly practiced in Baltimore, or if this place was short staffed. Either way Im definitely open to trying this place again. Its far better than Zekes.

Their coffee isnt great, but quite good. Staff was friendly and their food is very good. At the front door on little clipboards there are "make your own sandwich or salad" sheets if youre not in the mood for any of their regular items. The caprese sandwich was great, wish there was a little more pepper, but all of the food tasted very fresh. Their crown jewel, however is their very scrumptious artesian bread. Watch out for high traffic hours though as it can get very crowded very quickly.

I really like the contemporary vibe of this bakery and cafe, and the location is fantastic. But, while the sandwiches are good, theyre not delicious enough to cost that much. I get it: Its in Fells Point by the water, and were paying for the view. However, the bakery doesnt offer much of a collection compared to others, like Tous Les Jours or Shilla Bakery.

As somebody who loves and appreciates croissants, I daresay that this is my favorite place in Baltimore for a croissant. Overall, their offerings are a little bit on the pricier side and their cashiers arent the nicest people. That said, I like the ample seating, the view of the harbor, and the copious natural light.

When Bonaparts closed, we thought good croissants were gone from Baltimore forever. Luckily, Pitango leased the space and rehired some of the staff (or obtained the old recipes). Amazing croissants, beautiful space, great coffee, all with a little too much hipster attitude. But thats easy enough to look beyond.

Always top quality product and on top of that great service. They forgot one of my OrderUp items and when I called them they were very apologetic and send me a bag of goodies to make it up. Way to go, amazing recovery. Well done and THANK YOU!

My boyfriend lived here around this place for a couple of years ago and he knew I was never a sweet person, but he told me this is one place I have to go and have their sipping chocolate, and well I did, and I loved it.

Very nice environment, busy but not loud. Sandwiches are really fresh and tasty. Menu items are also fresh and you have the option of building your own out of great ingredients. Not cheap, but then again, not cheap.

I mostly go there because of the great view. I like to sit by the window and do work. Their sandwich and salad is really good, but I dont really like the coffee, either regulars or cafe latte is not the best I had.

Good off the beaten path lunch spot in Fells. Croissants and other baked goods are excellent, and while it may not be the best coffee in the city, it lives up to the reputation of its sister gelato shop.
