This review would be a 1 star experience if it werent for Laura, the lady who offered to bus my table. Laura was attentive to my needs and saw that my best friend had not taken more than two bites of her sandwich. She promptly offered her a different menu choice. Unbeknownst to her, she saved her establishment frome losing two more customers. She provided better customer service than anyone else. Reviewing her alone would be 5 stars. =========== To rate the entire experience: the establishment was so disorganized. I came in with my best friend to catch up over breakfast. With my October rewards, I got a free bagel but their shelves were bare. No bread, and 3 bagel choices. I tried the asiago which was great. I ordered the pick two but my grilled cheese was luke warm. My best friend was not familiar with soups and asked the 2 cashiers what they recommended. They had no answers for her as she decided between two soups. Fortunately, one cashier offered to let her try the two soups, but only brought back one. My best friend settle for it: the potato soup. As she tasted, she asked the cashiers, "is there bacon in this?" They both blankly answered, "I dont know." Now, I let everything else roll off my back but my friend has many allergies, and the cashiers dont know their products. I waited to see if theyd try to find out, ask a manager.. something. Nothing. We moved on to get our orders and the guy calling the orders skipped around in calling numbers. We finally sat to eat. My friend enjoyed the soup but she said her avocado BLT was bland. I dont believe well be back.

Customer service sucks and being a young black women I felt totally discriminated against At this property. Their were two cashiers at the registers. I walked up one girl was taking care of another guest while the other, looked right at me and walked away from the register. "No one second mam "she will be right with you. It was no hospitality shown, shortly after that two white women were behind me and she hopped right back on register. While I had to wait for the other girl to be done with the customers before me. Its just really Rude and I will not be returning to this property

I travel for my job. Panera has, by far, the best coffee I have had away from home. The quality of food options is generally consistently very good across the country, at the many different locations I have visited. The restaurants provide electrical outlets near tables and WiFi, for those using devices. Many have fireplaces, which is so nice and cozy in the winter. The staff are usually very pleasant and the restrooms clean. Id say that the prices are fair for the quality.

Frustrated! Food was good. Cant say how upset I was to get dirty knife --for from someone who just finished their food to my plate-- I asked to see a manager so he/she would directly know issue. Amanda was called to help; but, sent another gentleman. There were a few customers but not full our lunch rush. I hope they know because I really wasnt acknowledged on issue. Dirty silverware, really?!? Clean it up!!! I wont be back.

worse panera bread that i have ever been to i got a salad to go and the filled it halfway with lettuce you could still see the white for the container at the bottom and when u ask for more its a problem, the bread was stale the sandwich i purchased wasnt prepared right and the service is terrible this is the 2nd time i had that problem at that location and there will not be a THIRD!!

Only this place one star is too much. Inside is unnecessarily cold. Kids work here are so personal and they express attitude when customer ask for something when they were CHATTING. I asked to heat up my food for me and she said " I can but why?" seriously? it was not even busy time. They were chatting each other. I am so sorry if I interrupted date . BE AWARE OF PINK HAIR KID.

Weve been here a few times, the food was good but the customer service is mediocre. Nevertheless, we come here for the food and put up with the less than professional attitude. They need to make customers feel welcome, smile, and pretend they love working at panera. But instead, the staff give you a cold attitude as if you were at the post office and not at an eatery.

Not bad. If youre vegan, make sure to ask whats in it. I got the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich with no cheese. Added some dijon mustard and it was delicious. Staff was fairly friendly... not overly so. Plenty of seating. Comfortable booths. Self-serve drink station.

I love Panera, but the one here has bad management. I had to listen to two managers bad talk customers while I ate my lunch here today. It was disturbing as a customer, and I cant imagine the kind of toxic work environment they probably create for their employees.

I come here with my dad frequently to catch up over light dinner and lots of coffee. The folks running this location are super cool about is always losing track of time and staying well past closing hours while we talk. :)

customer service is a joke. Managers and employees are horrendous and could care less if your food is made correctly. Nothing but bad experiences here so i gave up on this location. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Good food but the tables are ALWAYS DIRTY! I have started bringing my own Clorox wipes to clean my table before eating. Staff is nice but management needs to do a better job making sure all their work is being done.

Excellent food and fast service. However they can improve on the table and floor cleanliness. With lots of traffic maybe they should keep a cleaner on the dining area constantly.

I like Panera sandwiches and the kids do too, so we have eaten at quite a few branches of this chain. This is by far the nicest, friendliest one we have visited.
