The delectable croissants were introduced to me by a friend in Baltimore. While visiting the city this morning, I stopped by the pastry shop to purchase treats to share with my friend. There were a few customers ahead of me. The cashiers stopped for a moment to say goodbyes to a friend or family member with a small child. When both returned to finish waiting on customers ahead of me, one put on fresh gloves, and the other stroked her hand thru hair and than continued to wait on customer which was after she hugged on the young child. When it was her turn to wait on me, I asked her if she would put on gloves. She smartly answered "how do you know I wasnt going to put on gloves." I replied because you picked up the baby than continued to wait on the customer without putting one on. I didnt mention about stroking her hair. She was very rude but I took the high road (after she put on gloves) and continued with my order. When one works around food for consumption by the public, food sanitation habits are a must. I could have been a health department inspector. The other lady had great customer service and sanitation habits. Unfortunately, the lady that waited on me failed the test.

good place ,little expensive, went there every morning till one day grabbed my coffee and one pastry and left the store to see my car being lifted high from the ground, Greenwood towing, the worst of the worst, backed up by the baltimore city police, to make the story short, had to call my friend to bring me the money koz i didnt have $155 that the driver requested on me, when my friend showed up the driver decided to take my car instead of the money, soo i had to follow my car being towed to their place and had to go through the process of getting my car released when it was time to pay i was in shock $355 instead, i called the police and they laughed at me, they said you have to pay what ever they asked for, so i did not work that day and payed $$355 dollars, i found my coffee cup and the pastry next day thrown in my car,,

The croissants are delicious, but the place needs to work on its customer service. First on one visit, they refused to allow me to use the restroom. On another visit, I asked to purchase four $5 gift certificates. The place has an example of their gift certifcate in a plastic case on their counter, and they use one of those fill-in-the-blank jobs. The woman behind the counter made a disgusted face and scoffed. She thought a moment and said, "The minimun is $20." I said nevermind and walked out. For the record, Im a Volunteer Coordinator with a limited budget and wanted the gift certificated for some of my volunteers. I would have purchased more in the future, but now they are missing out on all of my business.

I called Patisserie Poupon with an unreasonable request for my company party: Napoleons for 65 people for the party happening the next day. They responded with total professionalism, delivering a product that I could only describe as a work of art (albeit a delicious one) by 9:00 a.m. the next morning. I dont think I can love this place any more than I do. Let me begin by saying their chocolate deserts are to die for everything from portion, taste (Not Sugar Sweet), decorations, and the familiarity with which they treat my mum (Customer >5 years) ensures that we have a great experience every time we visit. Apple Normande Tart, Assorted Mini Pasteries, and Buche de Noel (raspberries) is always a hit with our family.

Wonderful pastries. Staff is always helpful and courteous. My husband and I love ordering their lemon tarts and macaroons. We got a pumpkin cheesecake for thanksgiving and it was a hit. Everyone raved at how delicious it was.
