I ordered a dish for delivery that I have ordered MULTIPLE times in the past (over the past few years). The food has always been delicious. On this particular occasion the food was subpar (rather than a lamb dish with a creamy, aromatic yogurt sauce I was given chunks of lamb floating around in essentially colored water). I called in to let them know that my order was not at all what I was expecting given my prior experience with the restaurant. The manager pulled EVERY excuse in the book, including everything from "Maybe you ordered something different last time" (which I didnt, I ordered online so everything I ordered in the past is on record), to "Maybe youre mistaken as to what the dish actually is" (Im from the Indian subcontinent originally so Im *pretty* sure I know what these dishes entail) to "Well we always make the dish like this so you dont know what youre talking about." Are you KIDDING? I had on RECORD that Ive ordered this dish before! It took about 5-6 minutes the manager accusing me of being in the wrong before I told him I was demanding a refund (which I did get). Awful service, they just lost a long-time customer.

I wont ever step foot in this restaurant. Myself and 3 friends who have never eaten at this "establishment" were on our way for a nice ladies evening out. We called to ask where the parking is (cuz there didnt appear to be any) and were asked if we had made a reservation because we had a Groupon....for a Monday night. I said that we hadnt and got the reply of "well, then maybe you can get take out because we dont have enough staff." I asked if he was serious, that in todays economy and todays information age that he was really going to deny us service because the first thing we were going to do was tell everyone we know on Facebook what happened and then wed find all the review sites and let everyone know. His reply? "You can do whatever you want, but youre not eating here tonight." Ive worked in the Hospitality industry for 17 years and even own my own business and would NEVER have acted in such a manner, unless of course I wanted to go out of business really quickly! Ive heard the food is good, but Ill never know.

My husband and I ordered Tandoori Chicken Wings (6 Pc), Garlic Naan and two Lamb Saags (Lamb Spinach). My husband loved the Tandoori Chicken and the Garlic Naan but we were both disappointed with the Lamb Saag. Their were only 4-5 pieces of lamb in the saag while 85% consisted of the spinach mixture. We also found that the Basmati Rice and Lamb Saag contained nuts and other ingredients we were not used to tasting when ordering Lamb Saag. While my husband loved the Tandoori Chicken Wings, I am not sure if we would order here again. Everything was very flavorful but we were disappointed with the Lamb Saag.

I was hopefully after the first phone call when they seemed to accommodate food allergies. What I discovered after $60 dollars for a delivery dinner for three is that they say yes (to anything) but deliver something totally different. We didnt get a lot of what we ordered, what we did was incorrect and the only thing I got a lot of was excuses and attitude. Baltimore really needs to some quality variety of ethnic delivery food experiences but sadly without a major overhaul I would not suggest Kabab Stop. PS: Its too easy to use the STOP in their name as a straight line but heres my free advice STOP!

We get delivery from Kabab Stop a few times a month and we always get great service and amazing food. The delivery is prompt, nothing is ever spilled (which is quite a feat for some of the saucier dishes) and the drivers are always extremely friendly and personable. The food is fantastic and we look forward to it every time. I have a few Indian friends who have also eaten here and have raved about. All in all it is a must try, with good prices for fantastic food.

O...m...g.... Im so pleased.. I just finished eating and my mouth is on flavor Rollercoaster! I was not expecting this at all.. my food arrived in a timely fashion and it was still HOT!! I felt like I was really getting a home cooked meal!! Unlike other local restaurants around my way.. and try the Lassi drinks they are thick but compliment your meal well.. I will be ordering again soon!! Thanks!

Kabab Stop has a great location, great service and great food. While I dont think theres really such a thing as inexpensive Indian food, this place has certainly got low prices. Ive only gone once to their lunch buffet and it was excellent. I do order delivery from "The Stop" regularly, and today Im picking up. Just love the place. Great local atmosphere and the waitstaff is superb.

My experience at kabob stop was absolutely magnificent . The smells that come from the kitchen are absolutely mouth watering . I wouldnt dare go to another Indian place . The service is exquisite, the people are friendly and caring and top of that the food is just delicious . I highly recommend kabob stop to any of you Indian food lovers !

We used to go here often, but todays meal was a fail on all accounts. The lunch buffet is gone. The meal portions were smaller. The service was beyond slow, taking 1 hour to get our food, which doesnt work on your lunch break! The water tastes like metal, the sodas were flat, and the restaurant was cold. No thanks, never again.

My fiancee and I ordered from the Kabab Stop last night for the first time, but it wont be the last. The food we received from their delivery service was delicious. The portions were good for the price, and the price was fair for their market is there doesnt appear to be any competition in our city for Indian food.

I order from here ALL the time! The employees are nice and remember my orders from the past. They even recommend new dishes Ive never tried based on my past orders. I STRONGLY advise trying their chicken tikka masala--AMAZING!! Another favorite is chicken or lamb biryani.

Tried to use the Grupon that was to expire on September 28. On September 27 they told that we can not provide service due to lack of employees. On September 28 morning they refused to take the Grupon claiming it is already expired. Very rude people. Will never go there.

Biryani is always on point. I asked them extra spicy and its just perfect. They have the best tandoori wings that could be only purchased here which I do order when I need new taste and flavor. And yes they served the dumplings too. Oh my goodness !!! Love this place

Tried this place out yesterday. The food was exceptionally fresh and tasted great. Also I thought the prices seemed a little bit on the high side but when I got the food, the quantity and quality was well worth it. Going to try the lunch buffet next.

We went to the restaurant after reading the reviews. The food was truly authentic. Ordered couple of vegetarian dishes. Both the dishes were excellent. Above all the service was very good. If someone is looking for good indian food, THIS IS THE PLACE.

Indian/Pakistani food in Baltimore suck and finally i know why . Most of these carryouts are run by people who are not indigenous Indian or Pakistani if you ask them they will tell you they are from Nepal or some other place .
