We have been going to the tilted kilt located in white marsh for about 4 years now and love it super friendly staff, excellent food, pool tables just an amazing atmosphere. When I heard they put one in Annapolis I was so excited because we live much closer to Annapolis then white marsh. The one in Annapolis is horrible my boyfriend ordered his burger medium and it came out well done like dry well done, my ribs were burnt not just slighted chard but burnt, the shepherds pie looked like runny dog poop. I mean anyone can make shepherds the mash potatoes were one glob in the middle and had parmesan cheese ontop. Ive never seen parmean cheese on shepherds pie maybe shredded cheddar cheese occasionally but never grated parmesan the potatoes didnt even cover the whole thing it was more like soup with a mash potato mountain in the center. Then I was given attitude when I asked about a two dollar difference on the burger. The menu said 13.50 but we were charged 15.50 she said b its because he got sidewinder fries. Everyone at our table including myself got like 8 sidewinder fries on our plates and nobody elses was a two dollar different from the menu price to the bill price. They should send some people from white marsh TK to show them how to run that place and put some pool tables in.

Stopped in here with some fire fighter buddies figured it was just another place like hooter... The food was actually good I had the pulled pork mac n cheese and the clams. Service was better also there were actually two people at the door to greet us however we went to the bar Catt was our bartender and shes a straight shooter. Its nice to not have some girl flirt with you as you try to eat so she gets a bigger tip. Catt is actually very smart and made it enjoyable and really different from most places with just another pretty girl behind the bar. Its a 45 min ride for us but we all agree we will be back at least once a month

I went with a family member, and we were seated immediately. We sat there for 20 minutes, and no waitress even came to take our drinks. We were seated and then not talked to again. For all of these reasons I give the Titled Kilt 1/5. Your Reviewer, Jason

My family and i have been there four times now. Our favorite server is Trish. We love the sidewinder fries and the tk sauce for the wings is awesome. All of the staff have always been friendly. Good place to go to watch sports, easy parking as it is in a mall with a parking garage next to it.

Big fan of the Kilt. My husband and I are regulars here. Weve been to TKs all over the East Coast and keep coming to Annapolis for the service. Kat is phenomenal! Best, most attentive bartender - hands down. Always look forward to seeing her.

Put this overly sexual restaurant in a family mall. They have KIDS MENUS and the servers are barely wearing anything. I went in and I was shocked by how little they wore. It was gross and I lost my appetite.

Food was not good - how can you mess up a burger? Ribs were burnt - probably old - and combo ribs and nachos made my buddy and I ill. Wings seemed OK. Beer and service were good.

Calamari was excellent, not chewy at all and the jalapeño sauce is incredible. The beer tasted fresh and was as cold as could be. Service was awsome. Great job tilted kilt.

Not family friendly, even if they do have a kids menu. Skimpy uniforms and very flirty waitresses - a sexier version of Hooters. Decent beer selection and good food.
