Ehhh......I wanted to try a new chinese place. I usually order from The Golden Gate which is also close, and they have much better quality and food. It was hard ordering, couldnt understand the lady and they had to call me back with someone else. Delivery was slower than Golden Gate, by quite a bit, and the taste and quality of the food is just meh. Edible but bla. I had bean curd schezuan style, and I love that dish, but it was a bit too heavy here. Also had pan fried ho fun, which was new to me, but ehhh, could have been much less sloppy I think for many reviewers, they dont know what "good quality" is because they are used to so much bla from many food places. When you have the experience of quality, good food, you know.

Been ordering from this place for years and the food quality is not the same...its gone down hill. Last weekend I ordered shrimp lo mein and egg rolls and the food didnt sit right with my digestive system. The next day I ended up being constipated. Never has their food made caused problems until now. Also the customer service is an issue. Sometimes they come off disrespectful when you order from them. Not mention, I dont like how the delivery drivers are so pressed for tips. Is me buying food from you not enough? You guys are stingy with the soy and duck sauce and you expect a tip? Smh no thanks.

Well, there are a few tables to eat at... But it is sweltering hot in here and the tables were dirty. We had to get our food to go and went next door to Subway, where they have a/c and water. This place didnt give us napkins with our order either. The food quality was sub-par. Nothing tasted quite as good as your typical cheap Chinese food, and I am NOT a picky eater. Portions were adequate.

China Kitchen is everything you expect in American Chinese Food - fried, greasy, and oh so delicious. The dinner platters offer a ton of food for the price, and while its not the healthiest meal in town who cares... its Chinese take-out! If youre looking for good food at a decent price this is the place to go. Delivery is also pretty quick, so youll have the food in no time.

These guys are fast and attentive. They take great care in keeping the kitchen clean and their food is always fresh. The ingredients used in their dishes is of standard to high quality and they make sure it is fresh. I eat here at least 3 times a month. I have NEVER gotten a "bad dish" or bad service. As a matter of fact, I think I will make another order from them tonight!

The young lady took my order on the phone was rude and hung up without giving me a price or time frame. When I picked up my food they thought it was funny I asked for an apology. Been ordering from them for over 20 years. That was my last order. If place is too hot, they need to close until its fixed. Oh and delicery prices change according to who take a your order.

Just ordered from them and as usual the people who work there were nice present and friendly the food is always good. I have never had a complaint always nice quick and courteous just as a restaurant should be. I dont even live close to them but dont mind the drive if I want nice chinese takeout as it is much better than the ones in my area.

I have ordered here so many times before and have had them delivered all but once where I picked up the food . I call just now and give them my address and they said they dont deliver to my address. News to me because I just ordered last week lol. Guess they must go only a mile away now in their delivery zones..

I like their sesame chicken, fried rice, and lo mein. Everything is reasonably priced and have a consistent flavor and quality. It is typical take-out Chinese food, however, I think they have a pretty clean kitchen and their ingredient quality is probably better than most.

Great experience here! Friendly service both on the phone and in person. Food was prepared within the timeframe she said on the phone. Food was hot and delicious. Some of the best Chinese food is in NY but this is definitely my preferred spot for Baltimore!

No air-conditioning and tables are all sticky.Place is pretty dirty if you ask me.Food looked nothing like the picture and wasnt great. I would never suggest going there ever.Do yourself a favor and eat someplace else folks.

Ive read some of the other reviews about the customer service, really she cant speak English well. But Chinese Food is my favorite, & these people are the 2nd best in Baltimore. GreaT food, and fast delivery.
