** Poor Customer Service ** ** STAY AWAY ~ GO ELSEWHERE ** Placed order at 9:35pm for pickup. Showed up at 9:55pm(prior to 10pm close). Noticed a car was leaving as I pulled up. Got out, open sign was turned off and dark inside. The car I noticed turned around(the workers). Rear passenger(a young man) said he tried to call my number that I provided him when ordering and that someone answered and said that they never ordered food - NOT TRUE! A couple of things here...... Everyone in this day & age has Caller ID - especially carryout restaurants! So the excuse about calling me and someone saying they didnt order food is garbage as I was standing in front of your restaurant!!!!! Secondly, do we not clean the restaurant at the end of the night? Or do we have cleaning chemicals out around food prep areas while cooking prior to closing the restaurant??? Lastly and maybe even more importantly, how can you count money & finalize the register PRIOR to your 10pm closing time UNLESS youre NOT reporting that money(CASH) as business revenue to the Internal Revenue Service!?!?!? Ahaaa! ;-)

Their menu that they left on my door said they delivered so we called them up. I live in New Town, about 2 miles from their storefront. Gave them the address and they said they didnt know how to get to it, so I offered to give directions (two turns) and they said the delivery driver didnt speak English. I asked if they had a GPS they told me that my 6 year old townhouse was too new to show in their GPS saying they needed to update the GPS. I could almost walk to the this place. Pitiful they cannot even drive 5 minutes to a major area like New Town to honor their advertised delivery option.

Ordered some orange chicken and dumplings and specifically asked them to deliver it to DuPont. 90 minutes later I get an angry call from them asking me if I was ever going to pick up my food. I reminded them that I asked for delivery. When it finally got delivered, it was cold and the orange chicken was soggy. To make matters worse, the delivery guy wouldnt give me change, so I guess the awful service warranted a $7 tip. Do yourself a favor and go to Peking or (if you have the extra cash) Peter Chang.

This place was delicious. After touring William and Mary for a bit, the boyfriend and I needed to eat for lunch something before hanger completely took over. We stopped there because it was really the first place we saw. But, it was good. Super good. We got the general tso lunch meal... it was cheap, fresh, hot, and delicious. Even the dog enjoyed it! If I go to school here, thatll be my go to spot.

This restaurant is amazing! Its owned by one of my best friends, Boheng, and the food is unbelievable! At most restaurants, you usually just order what you know, which is about 1/50th of the menu. At China House, everything is amazing and you can order any exotic-sounding food, and it will be the best thing ever!

This resturant was the greatest resturant that i have ever been to. The food was incredible and the wait time was near to nothing. I have toured authentic Chinese restaurants around Virginia and I have to say this makes the top 10 of my list. Thank you for the wonderful service and food.
