Id give this KFC zero stars if possible. Been there a couple times and the KFC food is a joke. It just gets worse and worse. Taco bell food is passable here. My last visit to KFC part there were like 15 people waiting off to the side of the register and all mad as hornets. The one guy said he had been WAITING over 15 minutes standing there since he ordered his chicken. We waited 20 minutes for our food. We sat down with our drinks and i ordered from the taco bell menu while waiting. My partner kept waiting for his Chicken meal. I was finished eating and he was still waiting. The kid hollered from behind the counter to us that it was coming. 10 minutes later he told us he would bring it out in awhile. So after a total of 20 minutes they called us to the counter to let us know they had the chicken but out of mashed potatoes for the day. So then we ordered the beans... NOPE out of those too. So basically we got a chicken meal and were told after waiting 20 minutes we had to take cole slaw which we HATE. No offer of money back or an apology that we werent told this 20 minutes earlier. so now we had some skinny COLD yes cold fried chicken which makes no sense if we waited because they had none. Shouldnt it be HOT if they just made it??? So we got skinny cold rubber chicken, cole slaw we hate and were foced to take... and low and behold.... were then informed they had no biscuits at all to even wait for. WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!! They held our money hostage and made us wait for food we didnt order or want and NO apology at all. I mean REALLY???? It was a slow time of day and not really crowded except the original group of angry chicken waiting people gathered to the side. I can only imagine the anger at home when they hauled home bags of scraggly chicken, nasty slaw and no biscuits. NEVER NEVER NEVER going back again

Good food, but only limited food choices available after 9pm. Rude Filthy Mouth with Black Male Employee was cussing out a friend outside instead of waiting on Customers. Corporate Needs to send in Shoppers on multiple visits after 9 pm especially on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. We find multiple staff members outside at the same time cussing in uniform. This happens when multiple Black Employees are working. We had to SCREAMED one time to get Manager on duty attention to get service that came from office area looking like I just woke him up. I will be going to Chic-Fil-a for a while until I at least stop seeing employees outside cussing that can be heard in McDonald parking lot.

Worst place to order food from in all of Harford County, its a shame that this place doesnt actually care about their business. Service is awfully slow, when I say slow, Im not talking about an impatient man getting his food 5 minutes late, Im talking about Ive waited in line for the food for 30 minutes, multiple times, and Ive had enough. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, they have the nerve to tell me that they dont have enough "chicken" or "churros." That is something that you need to tell them BEFORE they order has been placed. Worst service EVER. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. If you want KFC/taco bell, I would advise you to go to bel air.

Its a Kentucky Fried Chicken what can you say about it I will say two things. First of all when we went in we ordered grilled chicken and they didnt have any so that was our only purpose for going because one of our members needed to eat healthy. Then when we did determine what he could eat we asked for butter for myself and we were told they did not have any butter. What kind of a restaurant does not have butter?

This is literally the worst fast food place Ive ever seen, and it isnt even close. The wait in the drive through line is INSANE. My family and I finally swore it off and wont be back despite it being half a mile from home. I honestly dont know how the place can stay in business.

Thanks for NOT putting meat in my taco...famous bowl chicken was too salty. We will not be returning and we were on the highway when I noticed they cheated me. The staff members are eating and drinking freezies cheating customers out of their correct servings.

Service is sloooow and food is mediocre. Theres a reason why youll see 2 cars in the KFC/Taco bell drive through and at the same time 15 cars in line next door at Chick Fil A.

Chicken was overcooked. The sides were good. Mac n cheese was really cheesy.......a plus in my book. Tables were dirty. Service was fast and friendly.
