The chicken was a little on the dry side. But still pretty good. The customer service at this location is terrible. I am by no means racist in any way shape or form. But the Arab workers are insanely rude. They seem to have no concept of customer service at all. Very rude, arrogant and seemingly racist against non arabs. Both customers and workers. Especially the manager. Who was talking down to a woman and assuming she only complained because she wanted free food. Very condescending. They had messed up her order three times (seemingly on purpose). She also claimed she had been there 20 minutes, which I cant confirm nor deny. I waited about 10 minutes and watched the chaos behind the counter. I had a polite worker come to the register and said that they could help me. Then one of the Arab workers snatched them away and told them to go do something. That man didnt explain it, didnt even acknowledge me. The polite worker was obviously frustrated with the rudeness. They gave me a hrlpless look and told me that thr arab man would help me. But he was busy getting aggravated by a patient customer who juat wanted him to get her order input correctly. So I just stepped back in amazement until another reasonable employee took the other register before the man could shoo her away. She was very courteous and was very refreshing after witnessing so much blatant lack of respect. I feel bad for the employees that mean well but have their hands tied by the ignorant management and supervisors. Also, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. They give Popeyes a bad name.

Hated it is inaccurate, disappointed with a chain that let its quality drop so much just because it is in Binghamton. The fact their staff cant count the pieces order correctly, or even do their job accurately is abysmal. Youre lucky to get MOST of you order, dont hold your breath for getting ALL of your order, that seems to be beyond their abilities. For years, I was a fan of Popeyes. Grew up with it in the south, was a regular roadtrip to locations that had one with my mom before she passed, would bring it back from vacation to share with friends and family. So I was super happy to hear we were getting one in BInghamton, NY. Too bad our local one is so bad they could kill off the local fanbase. Ive tried it twice, through the drive-thru. I figured maybe the first time was a fluke, since they were sort of busy, perhaps, just a short staffed or something day. The second time the lot was empty, and they obviously had staff standing around and chatting inside, no one in the drive-thru, no wait to order. Neither time could they remember things like butter for the biscuits, silverware, ketchup for fries, and the last time, despite them asking me repeatedly if I what sauces I wanted, their staff could not be bothered to include them. Nor could they be bothered to count above 2 for the 4 pieces of shrimp I ordered in my platter.

The beverage dispenser in this brand new place was not working, so an employee was telling customers to bring their cups to the employee that was putting the food orders on the trays and calling out the numbers. Both of those employees used rude,belligerent tones in their voices, as if the problem was the customers fault, and they had to do extra work because of it. The menu was limited to fried chicken, fried fish, and fried shrimp only, for meat choices, and the fries and sides werent that special. All of it was overpriced and the value for the portions was poor. People here can get better food, nicer service from employees, and greater value for the portions at the local chicken and fish establishments than here, and we probably will never go again. Popeyes will be lucky to last a year around here.Sad that so many waited so long for so little!

I ordered two combos and a large side of Mac and cheese. They brought two boxes to the counter which I assumed was my two combos. I asked the girl about the Mac and cheese who then huffed off, grabbed one and slammed it down on my boxes. When I got home the boxes were just one combo (the shrimp and a biscut in one and fries in the other.). So I got one combo for the price of two and bad customer service. We tried to call and complain but the receipt is missing a digit. We found the number online but got a message saying that it was not working because they had not set up their mailbox yet. Theyre new so maybe they just need more training but I wont be back for several months at least until they get some experience. I cant afford to.

The JERK behind the counter who took my order over charged my card, My order was $20.85 he charged me $39,85. Aside from that I got mash potatoes with no gravy after specifically asking for gravy. I order a 8 piece family which comes with 4 biscuits, no knowing that I order extra biscuits. When I asked him to cancel it he said couldnt refund and cancel the extra biscuits because it would take to much time. I get that this new store but seriously the staff should have been trained.

We ate there the first week they opened, the wait was long but the food was pretty good. Last night I ordered 2 combos one with chicken and the other shrimp poppers. The food was terrible. The chicken and shrimp were heavily breaded and the meat was dry and the sides had about 2 tablespoons of coleslaw in each container. For $16 the food and portions were not worth it. I wont be eating there again.

I DONT like these reviews! You peoples complain too much! This location Its very clean and the staff are friendly and energetic. The service here is second to none. And of course the food here blows all the other locations right out of the water!the biscuits were SO GOOD!!!. They were better than my grandmas! Boy, really took me back and the chicken.. WOW!

Completely messed up my order. I only ordered one meal and first he hands me a diet coke when I ordered regular, and then he hands me a 4pc chicken tender meal instead of my surf and turf shrimp and chicken. Not to mention I had to wait in the drive thru line for 31 minutes from time of ordering to pull away!! Never again!

Being from Florida & Brooklyn Im used to Popeyes. So it added up to the taste and quality. The service was a little shabby but its a brand new to the area store so Ill give it a few before passing judgement. Now the Mac and cheese is a hot mess its like mac noodles with yellow food coloring...

Horrible service every time. Never gave me the sauces I asked for and didnt give me the large side of Mac and cheese that I paid for. I had to tell the person in drive thru three times what drinks I wanted because she was too busy giggling in the background. Not worth the price or wait at all.

If you like chicken, go and eat at Popeyes. Good quality and also really crispy. The one star is missing, because in the few times I were there, the sizes of the breast vary a lot, but cost the same. Maybe I just had a few bad days, but if you get the big ones, youll be definitely stuffed!
