Checking out the menu board and I told the girl I wasnt ready yet new to ordering from a KFC..gave me no encouragement..went back to girl on line and gossiped and then I heard the other girl say dont you hate it when Thier not ready to order when u asd k them and have that dumb look on Thier face..I was pissed...the food was dry ..the biscuits werent ready had to wait on them. and they were undercooked doughy..was talking to a lady who just came thru drive thru screwed her order up she came in to fix they fixed it and she came back it was still wrong ..said wanted her money back..manager took her time coming up to fix..busy on the side gossiping with her staff...NEVER WILL GO BACK THERE...!!!!!!!

It took 20 minutes to get my bowl while half of the staff talked to friends, danced around, and joked with eachother messing around. The lady 3 people behind me got her order of a bowl before me. I complained twice and wasnt compensated at all. The only one who apologised for the wait time was the latino worker who was cleaning the tables. The rest of the staff was completely careless.

I had a pleasant experience at this place! I love KFC from Philippines to Singapore to Nepal. The Original Chicken that I bought is the same quality as always! I wish that KFC USA will still continue to prosper. The staffs were nice and friendly. I think the man in the black is the manager, he was so nice! I jsut finished my 2pc popcorn box, YUM!

Service is mostly good in till want to order more then 10 if those hot wings which can be tricky depending on who working on back they wont tell every single time there be a 20 minute wait on hot wings if order 20 count which he bit frustrating if have frozen grocery in the car your on rush

The manager of this place is an amazing guy. He was closing up and I walked in and went out of his way to not let me notice they were closing so that I wouldnt feel bad ordering. Then he tried to give me a free drink and all these sauces to try. Class act great service!

Didnt even taste like KFC got the $5 fill up chicken was cold and dried out people high on the counter or too busy giggling and laughing with boys that they thought were cute better off driving down the road and going to farm store to get their chicken

Every single employee was stoned out of there minds. Work at the speed of slow took me 30 min from time I walked in the door until I got my food with a total of 11 other people in the resturaunt eating and 2 in line in front of me. Avoid at all cost

Staff more occupied with closing store. After 15 minute wait was told what i ordered was not available and it would take another 20 minutes to prepare. All i ordered was a 2 piece dark extra crispy. This was 45 minutes before closing.

The food is up to consumer standards. When asking for extra sauce you are told they cant. When you tell them you will pay extra for it they tell you they dont have a button. Inside is usually pretty dirty but look at the location.
