This restaurant is the best deal in town and the food is really good. Not completely authentic Chinese cuisine, however, more palatable then other "Chinese" restaurants in the area. Customer service is very friendly and above and beyond what a person could ask for and youll often experience cross table talk as almost everyone knows everyone! Great place to go to spend time with family and friends in a relaxed atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable as well.

My son took us there this past September and we all had the buffet. I have lived in Portland, Lewiston, and Bangor in the past and have eaten at many different Chinese restaurants. The food here was the absolute best I have had, anywhere. I would highly recommend the China Garden to anyone who wants great food.

Food is hit or miss there. They need to fix their General Tsos recipe, its close but is missing something. Service is mediocre at best. They are always busy because they are the only Chinese within miles.
