Last night Chef Quinton and Cinclare did not disappoint. Choosing from multiple specials was tough, but the Crawfish Bread appetizer just about topped the Alligator and Andouille Cheesecake or Smoked Catfish Dip. Followed by a filet with poached egg and the marrow alongside - PHENOMENAL!!! And "The Robichaux" is one of the best cocktails Ive had - you at least have to try it when youre there. Amazing. Cant wait to go back tomorrow night. Thanks Michael Dalmau for giving Thibodaux a taste of the Big Easy in our backyard.

Amazing cuisine and service. A foodies dream. Raised in Lafayette and lots of time in Nola, with many restaurant experiences and this place kept our palettes happy. Wonderful addition to Thibodaux. Will be back over and over again. Thank you for a wonderful Birthday surprise and The Robichaux
