My shrimp came out RAW! WAY over priced for the quality and quantity served! This was my second time dining here. The first time I was not impressed but I decided to give it another chance. Myself and one other person in our party ordered the stuffed shrimp plate. First of all it was only 4 medium sized shrimp on this plate ($17.99). But the main problem was that mine were ice cold in the middle. My shrimp were totally raw- grey and gum like. The other person who ordered this same plate had the same problem. Our waitress took our entrees back and re did the entree. However it took another 20 mins and the "stuffing" was still undercooked and wet, falling off barely cooked shrimp. I only ate one of the "re-cooked" shrimp then noticed an ant crawling on my food. My appetite was lost by this point and when the waitress asked if I wanted a to-go box I said no. Needless to say they still charged us for both (I understand I wouldnt get a free meal but maybe a comp. desert or something to eat while we were waiting, watching the others eat would have been nice). For a party of 7 our check was $170 and no one liked the food except the oysters (which were mediocre at best).

We got a Groupon kinda thing for this place. We had the Marinated Crab Claws as an appetizer, which were pretty good. They cost $10, but you got a decent number and they were tasty. Not certain they were better for us than the fried, though. I got the carolina crab cake with pasta, and my girlfriend got the catfish on the bluff, which is also known as catfish acadianne. Its basically catfish with crawfish ettouffee. There was tons of food, and the crabcake with alfredo and crabmeat was excellent. My gf could hardly eat much of hers. It was fairly pricey but not overly so.

This was really horrible. The fish and shrimp they gave me was old and bland, the wings were drenched in salt, the hush puppies were burned, the salad was actually celery, the baked potatoes were dry, they forgot to give me ranch, there was sewage in the parking lot out in front of the building, and to top it all off the food was cold. Really was a waste of $50 for small proportions and bad quality. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE EVER AGAIN, AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES.

This place has a band every night of the week it seems like! The raw oysters are unbelievable, and on Mondays there .25 cents or something an oyster. The LA Crab Cake is delicious!!! The service on the restaraunt side is wonderful however depending on what night you go the service on the bar side is hit or miss. Some of the bartenders are really friendly, while others are very cold and mean. BUT THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!!!

this places was a bad idea the gumbo was awful along with the catfish, oysters, crab claws, and stuffed shrimp. The catfish had NO flavor. The Oysters where OVER flavered with salt. the crab claws where TOUGH. The stuffed shrimp was saugy . DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE SALAD IT WAS AWFUL IT WAS LIKE SOMEONE SPRAYED IT WITH CHEMICALS!!!! MY FAMILY WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I WOULD RATHER SPEND THE MONEY AT SNOS.

Never ever ever ever ever ever ever eat here!!!! If I could give it a zero I would. I got the soft shell crabs. Two for $30 and Im pretty sure they were rotten!! I had to spit it out into my napkin they were so gross. The other person I was with got fried catfish. Four pieces for $16 and they were mediocre, just not much worth it. Worst restaurant we could have possibly picked. Sorry not sorry.

Lived here all my life, and this is still my favorite restaurant ! Service is great, music is excellent, food is incredible! Is it funny that the best steaks and pork chops in town are served at a seafood restaurant? Update: even years later I can honestly say this is the best place around. Food and entertainment keeps getting better!

The food was good but there was literally three other tables with people at it and our waiter took over 30 min to take our order. He had a piss poor attitude and clearly took no pride in his work. Dont know his name (white male with glasses). So food is a 4 Star And Service is less than 1 Star!

Decent atmosphere, good service. My char-broiled oysters bienville were served luke-warm an the shrimp looked like they were from a can. Not a terrible experience but the food needs some tweaking.

The Monday night half priced raw oysters are some of the best around. This is cozy place with good food no matter what you order. Cold beer with a dozen oysters is my go to order here.

We had dirty silverware to start off with. The lettuce had a sour taste to it. My husband had catfish on the bluff. It had no taste. Will not be dinning here again.

Ive been told the PoBoys are good. I got Crawfish on the Bluff: grilled catfish topped with crawfish étouffée and corn marque choux for my side. Both were wonderful.

BEST. FRENCH DIP. EVER. For real, go. Get a french dip sandwich. I really dont even care for them but I would go back just for that. Nice staff too.
