BY FAR THE WORST WAFFLE HOUSE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Extremely rude and offensive customer service me and some friends decided to take a trip to blue bayou amusement park right across the street from this location so after spending the whole day there we decided to get something to eat by FAR our worst decision our servers name was Megan she was very rude and disrespectful she took our orders and we asked for to go plates and she said "I hope you guys arent going to run out the door without the bill" which was very offensive and we felt racially stereotyped as thieves she even went to the extent of bring the check over and asking for payment in her hand so she could go put it in the register now in all the Waffle House restaurants Ive been to you pay at the counter before exiting she made sure we didnt so I NEVER return to this location and warn other not to either! You would think since its located near a major attraction there would at least some good customer service but I was wrong and I WILL definitely be contacting the corporate office.

Sat for 20 minutes and received no service! The lady yelled someone will be with you in a minute honey, ok sweetie? There were about 9 people behind the counter. The phone rang after we were there about 10 minutes and one of their servers took the order. The cook then preceded to start cooking the order. Still we had no service. Finally a girl came to our table to ask if we wanted something to drink and said someone would be with us in a minute. The servers kept looking at us and never came. So we left! Unbelievable!!

I placed a to go order. Overall bad experience. Cold food, order was wrong and not to mention the total seemed unusually high. I was headed to work, so I didnt have time to return my order for a refund. I figured that it would be pointless to call & complain as the staff seemed too busy to care. So, Im writing a review. I know that this may be an isolated incident, but it was so bad that it beared sharing. It is my hope that management sees this & takes the necessary steps to insure consistent quality.

I love this specific location and Ive only been once. Some friends and I came in at about 12:40 and chilled here til about 1:15. I liked the people so much, they were friendly and treated us like friends. The fun loving atmosphere got me and my friends hyped up, so we stayed havin fun. Loved it :)

Too much noise from the wait staff and the manager does nothing control them. I was sitting at the highbar and witnessed him having an inappropriate conversation with another worker sitting right next to me. The kitchen area is always filthy. Ive completely stop going there.

Too bad I cant give 0 stars. There was a hair in the food, it took 20 minutes to get coffee, then took another 10 minutes to get my sweet and low, the toast was very burnt, the floor was dirty, and the service was sub-par. Never eating at a waffle house again.

They have one server and one cook, that is inexperience, the food is as if a beginner cooked it. The waitress was like she didnt know witch way to turn, like she didnt want mess anything up, that way she wouldnt have much to clean up at the end of her shift.

Love this place! I get the Texas cheesesteak with grilled onions and bacon, delicious! You must get a waffle from waffle house, they are the best! Went there for my birthday and they played a happy birthday song...one cute waitress even did the two step!
